Job Description

• Support the Operations Manager/ Superior and other cleaning supervisors in all duties of the cleaning operation. Assist the Operations Manager/superior to coordinate, scheduling, and supervise cleaning site staff.
• Responsible to inspect job sites for proper cleaning and inventory cleaning supplies.
• To attend to clients’ complaints promptly.
• To resolve problems efficiently without unnecessary delay.
• To be involved in the appointment of Supervisors and Cleaners
• Train, instruct, and supervise the work of Supervisors and Cleaners
• Ensure all works carried out by Supervisor and Cleaners as set out in their Job Descriptions are completed with due observation to appropriate Health & Safety requirements
• Able to be hands-on when the situation requires and any other responsibility as assigned by superiors.
• Distribute advance and monthly salary to employees.
• Arrangement for some landscaping job such as grass cutting and outdoor cleaning

• Ensuring a consistent and universal financial experience for the patients throughout the hospital.
• Provide financial counselling involving patient consent and authorization, estimated bills, healthcare financing and assistance schemes, payment options and payment collection to the patients / next-of-kin.
• Lead a team - Supervisor and Patient Service Associates in conducting Financial Counselling (FC) work and operations within the hospital
• Deliver training to staff on FC and develop the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the department.
• Assist and support the Manager in planning, implementing and sustaining whole-of-Department processes and initiatives, in support of MOH’s healthcare financing policies and the organization priorities.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Operations/Service Management or related disciplines
• Possess 2-3 years of working experience in healthcare services will be an added advantage
