• Manage assigned distributor accounts in Southeast Asia, Taiwan, HK, South Korea, and Japan.
• Define and develop the long-term sales strategy in the region under the responsibility in line with the APAC sales manager’s guidelines.
• Understand spare parts market tendencies, the potential from the company’s and competitors’ product portfolio, and distributor network.
• Support the APAC Sales Manager in producing new product portfolio offering and ensure an output from every assigned project.
• Promote Dana brand awareness and develop new distributors in assigned region.
• Ensure sales KPIs are achieved.
• Coordinate customer complaints.
• Provide sales FCST and safety stock forecast to operation department timely.
• Other tasks assigned by manager.
