As a Social Media Manager with The Purest Group, you will work closely with our Content Strategists to execute creative ideas aligned with the brand guidelines and standards, engaging the user while staying true to the brand vision.
You should be familiar with the basic principles of various social media platforms (including but not limited to Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube, etc.), have a good eye for design, be capable of working under pressure, and have strong attention to detail. You should also be confident in making creative decisions independently on the projects and accounts under your charge.
Main Job Requirements:
- Content Ideation: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and social media innovations to develop fresh ideas and keep our our content engaging and relevant.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce high-quality content (including images, videos, Reels, and Stories) that showcases our products, lifestyle, and values.
- Community Management: Engage with our community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and friendly manner. Cultivate relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to enhance our reach and credibility.
- Brand Voice & Consistency: Ensure that all social media content maintains brand consistency in terms of tone, style, and messaging. Uphold the brand’s values and personality across all social platforms.
- Paid Social Media Campaigns: Work closely with the marketing team to align paid campaigns with organic content. Assist in planning and executing paid social media campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and brand awareness.
- Performance Analysis: Track and report on social media metrics, providing insights into the effectiveness of content and campaigns. Use data to optimize content strategies, improve engagement rates, and drive conversions and brand loyalty across platforms.
