Job Summary

As a Wealth Management, Southeast Asia Single Coverage Banker, Vice President at JPM, you will be responsible for supporting and managing all aspects of client relationships across the team. You will operate in both banker and investor capacity, handle and coordinate with various teams on account inquiries and investment-related aspects, and deliver strategic messages to your portfolio. You will also collaborate with other team members to provide high-quality client service and ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies.

Job Responsibilities

• Support and manage all aspects of client relationships across the team; develop and maintain long-term relationships through professional/personal networks and contacts.

• Operate in both banker and investor capacity, and handle/coordinate with various teams on both overall account inquiries/maintenance as well as on investment-related aspects.

• Articulate and deliver strategic messages to their portfolio, prepare presentations and proposals, and take both solicited and unsolicited orders in all asset classes. Update clients regularly on markets, portfolio performance, investments opportunities, risks.

• Partner with the client including (but not limited to) updating Know Your Client (KYC) information, client suitability profile, hosting client meetings, monitoring funds/asset transfer and handling client ad-hoc queries.

• Collaborate with the other integrated team members to provide a high quality of client service.

• Keeping track of Clients, Assets Under Management (AUM) and Revenues using our internal systems; periodic calculation of account performance.

• Work together with other teams in meeting all compliance, regulatory, risk management, operational, and due diligence requirements and compliance with internal policies.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities

• Bachelor degree or its equivalent with a minimum 7 years’ experience of wealth management experience along with strong client and stakeholder management skills

• Ideally understand and have a working knowledge of the private banking key regulatory and control environments that are relevant to the team and be able to manage the accounts accordingly.

• Proven client management skills and effective communication skills (oral and written) who can positively engage and influence clients as well as internal stakeholders.

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills

• Operate with a high level of integrity and risk awareness.

• Must be a team player and able to work with different business functions across the bank.

• As the role is an important contributor to the strategy of JPM, comfort and experience working with and reporting to senior management is required.

Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities

• Appropriate local regulatory qualification and licenses preferred. However, if you do not possess an existing Representatives Notification Framework (RNF) Register in Singapore, you will be required to sit for Client Advisor Competency Standards (CACS) Paper 1 & 2, in order to get registered as a Representative with Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) for the private banking industry.

• Knowledge of regional languages such as Mandarin or Bahasa is a plus given the Southeast Asia team has coverage across Singapore, Indonesia and/or Malaysia markets

• Strong knowledge of local regulatory policies and guidelines

• Strong knowledge of relevant financial markets and instruments

Join our Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Production Management, Mission Control Incident Management (MCIM) team, where we manage critical incidents round the clock. Our team, spread across Columbus/Houston and Singapore, is responsible for incident management of CCB applications.

As an Applications Support, Major Incident Manager, Associate in the Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Production Management, Mission Control Incident Management (MCIM) team, you will be entrusted with end-to-end incident management responsibilities of the CCB applications. As part of our incident management team, you'll use your creative and critical thinking skills to drive incident management bridge calls. You will interact with production management, application development, infrastructure teams, and senior leadership with the purpose of remediating impacting incidents.

Job responsibilities

• Owns and drives incident management bridge calls and chats with production management, application development, infrastructure teams, and senior leadership with the purpose of remediating impacting incidents

• Establishes strong command and control of an incident, establishing clear accountability/ownership and methodical evaluation of complex issue scenarios

• Adheres to critical process and procedure, and appropriate escalations in support of production incidents

• Applies technical/environmental knowledge and experience to develop and drive appropriate tasks, forming paths to resolution

• Distributes clear and concise communications, summarizing incidents and the business/customer experience to a wide group of technical and non-technical audiences

• Captures and documents incident data accurately

• Provides 24x7 production support coverage on rotational basis as part of global follow-the-sun team (12-hour shift pattern with no night shift)

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems/Engineering or related disciplines

• Minimum 5 years of experience in incident management, IT service delivery, IT service desk, IT operations in an enterprise scale environment

• Extensive customer service, communication, and client interaction skills

• Good working knowledge of Service Now, JIRA and SharePoint

• Knowledge of AWS Cloud, Kubernetes and monitoring tools (Splunk, Dynatrace, etc.)

• Basic knowledge of application development

• Possess analytical, critical thinking and troubleshooting skills

• Strong ability to think and act independently to resolve production issues

• Ability to act with a sense of urgency and agility

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment utilizing multiple tools

• Ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals

- Responsible for drafting various Chinese Press releases, marketing material, speeches, reports,

etc., with outstanding Chinese writing skills.

system, hardware and software equipment, as well as maintaining contact with suppliers.

- Responsible for the organization of donations and charity events of the branch, collating

relevant materials for and drafting the annual social responsibility report.

- Responsible for media-buy agency management, including pitching, daily management and

post-service evaluation of media agent of the branch.

- Assist in the advertising management of the bank, take charge of advertising projects led by

Admin Department, including project proposals, advertising designs, implementation and post-

project evaluation.

- Chinese & English bilingual translation for internal documents & minutes, as well as publicity

materials.

JobRequirement

- Min Degree in Events Management, Brand & Marketing or related discipline

- Background in Corporate Brand Building, Event Organize, Media related working experience or

Business Administration or its equivalent

- At least 5-10 years of Chinese Press releases writing, brand management experience, or other

Chinese speeches, reports writing related working experience

- Comfortable to multi-task under tight deadlines

- Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese so as to communicate effectively with Head Office

- Proficient in Chinese official documents writing

- Candinate need to have a valid class 3 driving license
