Main Tasks and Responsibilities

This position is responsible for managing claim agent business for Japanese insurer, claim team for Japanese clients and risk engineering service in Singapore and Asia/Oceania region.

Mainly managing marine cargo claims, but also taking full responsibility of any matters of clients including risk engineering, loss control and claims.

• Formulate and establish strategic goals for Overseas Claims (both OIF (Offshore Insurance Fund) and SHF (Shareholder Fund) & Risk Engineering, and communicate the business vision and goals to the team members for implementation.
• Lead, direct and manage all activities of the Overseas Claims & Risk Engineering teams to achieve maximum effectiveness in the implementation of initiatives and the achievement of team objectives.
• Make concrete recommendations to minimize loss ratio, such as loss prevention survey for General Cargo and risk engineering for Property and Casualty Insurance.
• Recommending and setting reserve and settlement authorities for Overseas Claims team members

Qualifications & Experience

• Familiar with Marine claim and Risk Engineering/Loss Control activities

RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Group Brand and Marketing Director and the School Principal, the Parent Liaison Manager will work closely with other relevant internal departments to market and promote EtonHouse International School to the international and local community in Singapore.

Enquiry Management

• Ensure the PLE team captures all new enquiries (calls, email, online leads, walk-in's etc.) in the CRM system from the date of receipt.
• Ensure the PLE team records all appropriate information into the CRM system. Ensure the PLE team contact all new enquiries are followed up by phone or e-mail within 1 working day. Overseas phone calls can be made using the CRM.
• Ensure the PLE team emails the prospect parent the school tour confirmation details
• Ensure the PLE team contacts the prospect parent 1 days before to re-confirm their appointment (email where necessary) and use the CRM calendar tool to do so.
• Post school tour; ensure the PLE team sends a post tour email within 1 working day after the school tour.
• Ensure the PLE team tracks and note all comments within the CRM in a timely manner and update their status.
• Ensure the PLE team follow-up with all post tour parents by calling them 3 days post tour to check their status, or any other questions. Use the sequence' tool and the templates' in the CRM to connect with families.
• Ensure the PLE team arranges any follow-up meetings i.e. principals, assessments within 1 week post tour.

Open House/Weekly School Tours

• Lead the organisation of open days from managing the RSVP list to organising the relevant groups, schedule of the day and follow up.

Orientation started and introduced all the artiste crews’ members to each other; daily performance gets ready to start performing singing and dancing on the stage from 9pm to 2am.

2. Responsible for the rehearsal, audition and selection process for all candidate applying for the performing artiste position.

3. Identify the strengths and weakness of Each and every individual performing artiste for efficiency in allocation of performing roles.

4. Monitor the on-stage performance levels of all performing artistes monthly and feedback to the artiste for corrective measures (when necessary).

5. Work with producer on the artiste performing time slots and make the necessary adjustments when the need arises.

6. Ensuring the overall discipline level among the band members in conforming to rules and regulations.

7. Enforcing discipline and accept zero tolerance.

8. Represent the performing artistes to attend all management meetings.

9. Responsible for the audition, evaluation selection process for all candidates applying for the performing artiste position.

10. Memorize lyrics and routines of song selection for optimal performance standards

11. Interpret music or dance and perform in production.

12. Fine tune with others artiste and all the other band members, ensuring smooth operation and ready to perform on the stage at any time in top condition and produce excellence production.

13. Share her stage experience with the other junior artiste.

14. Negotiating contracts and fee, booking venue and handling publicity.

15. Foster and strengthen teamwork.
