• Develop, execute, and manage strategies for relationship management aimed at strengthening and broadening essential client partnerships.

Team Leadership

• Coach and mentor the relationship managers, providing guidance on recognizing potential opportunities and developing effective sales presentations to drive outstanding performance, improve client relationships, and boost client satisfaction.
• Foster and encourage a collaborative team dynamic in both internal and external business interactions.

REQUIREMENTS

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related discipline is required.
• At least 10 years of experience in the insurance brokerage industry with a successful track record in business development and new business sales. Applicants lacking that level of experience will not be contacted.
• Strong financial and business acumen, with analytical skills, problem-solving abilities and strategic planning capabilities.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and able to establish trust with colleagues and clients, and influence key stakeholders.
• Comprehensive knowledge of insurance brokerage operations, products, and services is a plus, along with a deep understanding of the target market and competitive environment in Singapore.

Job Description:

· Work closely with the Manager.

· Monitor outlet’s expenses, making sure that all costs are within the budget.

· Assist manager to plan staff duty schedule for service crew and ensure sufficient staff and monthly management reports

· Make every effort to let customers feel welcome with friendly and uncompromising service.

· Supervise operations in outlet and serve customers.

· Handle customer complaints, maintaining good customer relationships.

· Progressively master the skills to run restaurant operations.

· Receive training and perform duties in various sections of company’s operations.

· Gain deep and thorough knowledge of the company’s restaurant operation by rotating on each position;

· Solicit feedback from customers and staff, for areas of improvement and incorporate useful suggestions into operations.

Requirement：

Responsibilities of the Job:

• Immediate handling of incoming vessel purchase orders
• Send orders to appropriate suppliers for quotes.
• Price negotiations and order follow-up with suppliers
• Evaluate incoming quotations and confirm supplier selection following Superintendent/Technical Manager or higher authority permission.
• To work closely with the warehouse and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Send instructions to the supplier.
• Keep the vessels and Vessel Managers informed of any delivery.
• Contact with the port agents of the vessel
• Clearance through customs
• Based on the practical arrangements made by the Vessel Manager, make the necessary official bookings for service and repairs.
• Maintain and update the supplier's database across many platforms.
