JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assist in managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments for executives and team members
• Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations as requested
• Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence, and route them to the appropriate personnel
• Maintain an organized filing system for important documents and records
• Collect, analyze, and organize data to support decision-making and reporting
• Create and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and reports for various departments
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by regularly updating and verifying information
• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by responding to requests in a timely and professional manner

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Proven experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in a business environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office applications

Responsibilities:

• Working in a team to manage daily estate works in the Town Council.
• Involve in inspection of horticultural works, upgrading building projects and building maintenance issues.
• Liaising with contractors and attending to improvement works and feedback from the customers.
• In addition, you are required participate in various meetings with the customers and assist the Property Managers in management reporting as required by the customers.

You will be assisting the Duty Managers in overseeing Technical Ramp Operations across Changi Airport. You are required to plan, deploy and manage manpower and equipment deployments to handle the day-to-day services requirements. You would be part of the privileged team members in SATS to operate from the state-of-the-art Smart Control Centre that manages Technical Ramp operations round-the-clock.
