• To review all Authority's and Contractor's drawings
• To provide all relevant endorsements required by the relevant authorities
• Supervise all civil, structural and geotechnical building works, both permanent and temporary
• To ensure that contractor had obtained all necessary permits and clearance to work
• To conduct site inspection and ensure that contractor(s) implement corrective actions and timely preventive/mitigation measures to protect surrounding structures
• Coordinate the contractor, AC, QP(D), and relevant agencies, including interfacing contractors and consultants etc for the works
• To review, evaluate and assess all formwork structures, formwork support systems etc
• To review and supervise safety, environmental and health matters
• To supervise the installation of instrumentation
• To supervise sanitary and plumbing installations, pump drainage works etc
• To review, evaluate and assess the monitoring of instrumentation and interpretation of the results and provide analytical results/presentations
• To review the Contractor's design and supervise all works

Criteria:

- Min 3 years of experience in Cut & Cover tunnelling or supervision of installation of monitoring instruments, collation of monitoring data and use of software for the presentation of monitoring data for analysis and interpretation.

- Diploma in Civil and Structural Engineering

- Possess a valid RTO cert by JAC of IES/ACES as QSS Singapore

We are seeking to recruit a Research Officer or Research Assistant to work in the field of cell and gene drug development. This is an excellent mid-level job for candidates interested in pursuing industry experience/or developing skillsets in cellular and molecular analysis.

The candidate’s responsibility including the following:

1. Draft the experiment plan under supervision.

2. Execute the experiment plan, analyze the result and prepare the experiment report.

3. Record all experiments and results completely and systematically.

4. Perform experiments involving cell culture (such as immune cell culture, tumor cell culture, etc), flow cytometry, cytotoxicity test, ELISA, qPCR, immunofluorescence, molecular cloning and Lentivirus packaging and titer determination

5. Ensure that standard operating procedures and safety regulations are followed.

6. Assist in supervising, training and guiding new colleagues when required.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Life Sciences, Cell Biology, Immunology, Molecular Biology or in any related field with at least two years of bench work experience.

2. Extensive experience in immune cell culture such as T cell or NK cell.

3. Strong background and working knowledge of basic molecular and cellular biology techniques, such as cell culture, molecular cloning, real-time PCR, ELISA, cytotoxicity test, and flow cytometry.

4. Team player and willing to learn.

5. Prior experience in performing analysis of animal samples is preferred.

6. Prior experience in gene editing such as Crisper Cas9 is preferred.

Job Summary

• Coordinate with healthcare providers to develop comprehensive treatment plans that meet the needs of our international patients to ensure that patients receive culturally appropriate care, including scheduling of appointments, coordinating the tests and procedures, and facilitating communication between providers.
• Provide interpretation and translation services as needed to ensure that patients and their families fully understand medical procedures, diagnosis, and treatment plans.
• Ensure that patients receive high-quality care by monitoring and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise during the course of their treatment.

• Evaluate patient satisfaction through surveys and feedback and look at ways to improve our patient experience by implementing new processes, workflow that enhance the quality of care to our patients.

Requirements, Skills and Abilities

• Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare administration, industrial relations, or related field.
• Minimally 2 years of working experience in a customer service or patient liaison role, preferably in a private healthcare setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with individuals from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
• Fluency in English and at least one other language, with proficiency in additional languages relevant to targeted geographical markets being a plus.

Job Scope:
- Handle Day-To-Day Business Operations of Singapore's #1 Education Agency
- Attend to interested clients via various forms of warm leads (form orders, calls, WhatsApp, etc)
(no cold-calling at all!)
- Assist clients in shortlisting and recommending suitable tutor profiles based on their criteria
- Coordinate and arrange 1st tuition lesson for both clients and tutors
- Follow-up with any necessary administrative support and after-sales service
- Familiarize with and utilize custom-made company software which is focused on automation
