Job Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept to completion for mobile apps, application solutions for assigned project.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions, ensuring a delightful user experience.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate functional application design ideas and solutions.
• Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all digital products.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep our projects fresh and exciting.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers on the team, fostering a culture of creativity and fun.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Application UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing designs for mobile apps, application solutions.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like InVision, Lucidchart.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions.
• Ability to think critically and solve complex design problems with a functional thinking process.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Develop software in embedded Android/Linux devices including software design as well as implementation and customization of solutions using Android/Linux operating systems.
• Perform system tunning/optimization and improve system stability using a strong background in embedded system,operating system, and multi-thread programming.
• Involved in system architecture and design and system requirements definition.
• Participate in requirements gathering, drive solutions, test, deploy, maintain and enhance embedded implementations.
• Ability to interpret and evaluate designs and assist in resolving firmware issues.
• Ability to conduct design reviews and incorporate knowledge of real-time embedded Android/Linux firmware.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electronic/Electrical/Computer Engineering/Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• Good understanding of embedded Linux architecture.
• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience with embedded Linux operating system, frameworks development, and C/C++.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Linux bootloader and kernel.
• Must be able to develop solutions at the Linux device driver and HAL layers.
• Able to develop in Android Framework layers is an advantage.
• Experience working in a collaborative and distributed team environment.
• Proficiency in the use of debugging tools (ADB, JTAG, Kernel debug) applied to areas such as power management, task control, and memory management, as well as other complex debugging situations.
• Excellent teamwork skills, flexibility, and ability to multi-task.
• Able to manage one's time efficiently.
