Responsibilities :

• Gather, analyse and summaries production process data for their use in valuing and prioritising process continuous improvement opportunities; utilise continuous improvement methodologies to lead, implement, and track improvements and to conduct check and adjust activities with the objective to reduce wastes while striving for efficiency and profitability.

• Work with cross-functional personnel to analyse and solve production flow issues stemming from sequence of work, balance of tasks, tooling/equipment constraints, and manpower allocation/training.

• Analyse and makes recommendations regarding production facility arrangements for improvements to production capacity, manufacturing flow, new model incorporation, and strategic work transitions.

• Identify, justify and implement new technology and manufacturing techniques to improve safety/ergonomics, reduce manufacturing cost (Labour, material, inventory, scrap) and improve product/process quality.

• To develop and implement an Energy program to prevent waste/reduce utility consumption.

• Support the needs of the plant by participating in all strategic initiatives.

• Control of Bill of Materials (BoM), CAD Models and Engineering Drawings.

• Participate in overseas project management team by the provision of engineering and technical expertise in the design and installation of new plant design and production lines. This includes the designing, installing/constructing and commission new production plant, monitoring development.

• Develop, implement and manages all maintenance procedures to ensure all engineering and maintenance goals are met.

• Ensure the Maintenance Department supports the needs of production and keeps all production equipment in proper working condition.

• Write reports and present progress at project meetings.

• Ensure plant equipment and processes are in compliance with all regulatory requirements including WSH, environmental, health and emissions.

• Responsible for completing technical work assignments with direction and Supervision.

• Responsible for reporting and taking any necessary action to prevent food safety and food quality problems from occurring.

• Responsible for following and enforcing procedures outlined in the HACCP & Quality Plan under the ISO & ISO Management Systems.

• Perform other related duties as assigned by superior.

Job Responsibilities:

• Platform Development: Build and optimize the robot remote management and data collection platforms, ensuring robust functionality and data integrity, focusing on resolving technical issues to guarantee smooth operation.
• Research and Innovation: Design and develop advanced algorithms and intelligence systems for our robotics projects.
• Collaborative Development: Work closely with hardware engineers, robotics specialists, and other stakeholders to integrate software algorithms and intelligence systems into robotic platforms. (Mandarin-speaking is a bonus)
• Testing and Validation: Design and implement robust testing procedures to validate the performance and reliability of algorithms and intelligence systems. Collaborate with testing teams to ensure thorough testing and verification.
• Documentation and Reporting: Prepare clear and concise documentation, including technical specifications, algorithm descriptions, and software design documents. Provide regular progress reports and updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree/Masters in Electronics, Computing, Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent
• Passionate in robotic navigation, sensing/perception and control system design, prototyping and practical problem-solving; with hands-on experience with robotics system / hardware
• Experience in one of the programming languages: Python, JS/TS, C#, C++, Rust
• Familiar with software development pipeline using CI/CD tools such as Git/Github and able to break down robotic software development into smaller tasks
• Must be result-orientated, independent and a self-driven team player
• Experience in one or more of the following domains will be preferred:

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Internal Sales Engineer is responsible for the preparation and delivering technical presentation and quotations explaining products or services to customers and engineers to assess equipment/screens needs and to determine customer’s requirements.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Maintain existing customers' accounts.

2) Respond to customers' enquiries, follow-up and provide solutions to clients.

3) Review and prepare sales quotation as per customer's enquiries.

4) Provide regular update to customers on project development in a timely manner.

5) Prepare weekly and monthly sales report. Conduct PPM (pre-production meeting).

6) Sales coordination between factory and overseas sales offices.

7) Liaising with customers on technical specifications.

8) Conduct a thorough contract review with the clients prior receiving Sales Order confirmation.

9) Ensure correct and full information about the Sales order are passed to engineering and production. Able to prepare job sheets with all relevant client requirements in it.

10) Support team in preparing marketing, sales & presentation materials.

11) Provide information to team on market forecast and participate in market analysis.

QUALIFICATION GUIDE

1. Education : Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, petroleum or any engineering related course

2. Communication : Fluent both in oral and written English and/or Chinese

3. Experience : Proven and Solid 5 years of work experience in the same field and in the Oil & Gas equipment Manufacturing Environment

4. Software/Hardware : Presentation tools, sales/CRM tools, Microsoft office( word, ppt, Excel – pivot, vlookup), ERP System. Preferably has some knowledge on CAD tool like solid works, inventor or pro-E and able to read drawings.
