Role & Responsibilities:

• Infrastructure Planning and Design:
  Assist with planning and designing infrastructure systems.
  Document design and planning activities and decisions.
• Support Infrastructure Operations:
  Perform installation of infrastructure systems according to design specifications.
  Align operations with service agreement standards.
• Maintain Infrastructure:
  Conduct ongoing maintenance activities.
  Implement agreed changes and maintenance routines.
• Optimize Infrastructure Performance:
  Perform tuning and optimization of hardware and software components.

  Gather performance and data usage statistics for capacity planning and reporting.

• Resolve Incidents:

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Network Management and Support Services.
• Strong knowledge and experience with Cisco Switch, Cisco Router, FortiGate Firewall, Palo Alto Firewall, ClearPass NAC, F5 VPN, IPS, WLC, Access Point, and VSS/VLAN Architectures.
• Experience in network support for wireless, wired, and VPN.
• Degree in IT or a related discipline.
• Network certifications (e.g., CCNE, CCNA).

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Engineer to join our Industrial Automation & Digitalization team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design and development of industrial automation control systems, ensuring high-quality project execution and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Development and programming of PLC, SCADA, and HMI systems (preferably with Siemens, Rockwell, Wonderware/AVEVA).
• Experience in design and development of control panel and Electrical architectures.
• Conduct Hardware and Software Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT).
• Perform testing, commissioning, and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) at client locations.
• Provide technical support to the Sales team during project bidding.
• Offer onsite and remote technical support and services.
• Ensure overall quality control of all project deliverables.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
• Travel within Singapore internationally including offshore Oil & Gas facility as needed for project implementation and meetings.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of hands-on experience in industrial automation & digitalization.
• Proficient in various communication protocols used in the automation industry.
• Strong knowledge of automation technologies specific to Pharma, Oil & Gas industries is an advantage.

• Conduct process and machine bring up
• Fine tune and sustain operation in engineering phase
• Analyze test response to conduct post-build follow-up such as FACA (failure analysis and corrective action) on yield loss, process improvement and etc.
• Work closely with external vendor and internal team to deliver testing solution for new optical module in engineering phase (small quantity)

Key Qualifications:
