To be responsible for fulfilling NBAP/P2P service requests from our customers; including working together with the support from internal and external teams to resolve provisioning issues as part of a member of Service Provisioning Department.
Requirements :
- Monitor end-to-end tracking of orders to ensure timely and accurate updates of works
- progress.
- Provide timely, accurate and quality of works progress updates to Requesting Licensees.
- To go on-site if needed to conduct survey or requested by Requesting Licensees to resolve
- site issues.
- Liaise with Requesting Licensees/Contractor/ internal stake holder on NBAP projects or
- work orders.
- Ensuring the submission of WAH documentation from contractor and assess them
- Accordingly.
- Inspecting of sites to ensure contractor follow operational procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements :
- Diploma in Engineering or with at least 2 years of relevant experience
- Possess excellent project management and communications skills.
- A good team player and quick learning, goal oriented individual.
