Job Description

• Develop detailed designs, layouts, and specifications for piping systems, ensure proper pipe support design based on piping loads, thermal expansion, and seismic considerations.
• Identify appropriate materials, ensure material compliance with project specifications, applicable codes, and standards such as ASME, ANSI, and local regulations.
• Work closely with process, mechanical, civil, and electrical teams to ensure piping systems are integrated seamlessly with other systems
• Coordinate with procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of piping systems
• Prepare piping-related project deliverables including technical drawings, specifications, data sheets, and material take-offs
• Liaise with suppliers for quotation and technical evaluation of quotation. Review and approve piping construction drawings, isometrics, and support drawings
• Lead piping design reviews, coordination meetings, and vendor technical discussions
• Manage piping engineering scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring project milestones are met

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical / Piping Engineering
• For degree holder, minimum 5 years of experience in piping design and engineering. For Diploma holder, minimum 8 years of experience is required.
• For senior position, candidate must have at least 10 years of experience, including leadership or project management experience.
• Strong expertise in piping materials, piping arrangement, stress analysis, and design of piping systems
• Must be a self-starter and be able to work with minimal supervision, make sound decisions, take independent action, and provide focused solutions to assigned projects
• Possess strong inter-personal and communication skills and be able to work well with people at all levels in the organization
• Knowledge of international and local standards (e.g., ASME, ANSI, BS EN, PUB Singapore guidelines)
• Must have advanced computer literacy in commonly usedsoftware applications such as Navisworks, Bentley View, AutoCAD, piping engineering software, and MS Office
• Experience in process plant (such as wastewater treatment plant, sludge incineration plant, etc.) is preferred

Job Description:

• Customises CMS database checksheets and allocation of checksheets based on latest engineering drawing revisions and punchlist updates for mechanical/ process/safety /HVAC discipline
• Prepares boundary drawings as per subsystem listing
• Prepares procedures/ work method statements and risk assessment for mechanical/ process/ safety/ HVAC commissioning activities
• Attends Factory Acceptance Test at vendors' premises, as required
• Leads a team of mechanical technicians/ mechanics for preparation and site execution of pre-commissioning, commissioning and function testing of mechanical equipment and vendor equipment packages on the topsides
• Reviews commissioning shipped-loose items, consumables and spares for proper inventory and availability
• Reviews system / sub-system completion status for taking over from Construction Team as per commissioning schedule and priorities
• Liaises with various parties including vendor site representatives, where required, to ensure any issues affecting system completion are resolved in a timely manner
• Participates in system / sub-system joint inspections for taking over from Construction Team, punch listing activities, etc
• Prepares relevant documents required for safe energization of equipment such as Livening -Up Notice, CPTW, Isolation Lists, etc
• Ensures that commissioning testing activities are conducted safely and complies with the site PTW and safety regulations and procedures
• Reviews completed commissioning documentation such as checksheets, test procedures, red-line mark-up drawings, commissioning dossiers, etc.
• Follows up with relevant parties to ensure proper closure of outstanding issues arising from commissioning activities

Requirements:

• Min. 5 years years of commissioning experience in the Oil & Gas/ Wind Farm industty
• Experience in commissioning of Diesel Generators/ Compressors/ Pumps/ Piping systems / Utility packages/ cranes / mechanical handling equipment/ HVAC, etc
• Good knowledge and experience in commissioning activities of oil and gas/ wind farm facilities
• Familiar with permit-to-work systems and lock-out tag-out procedures
• Good analytical, problem solving and planning skills.
• Familiar with Project Specifications, Technical and HSE Standards
• Familiar with MS Office software applications (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point etc.
• Familiar with Completion Management System database such as PIMS-CMS / WinPCS / ProCoSys / ICAPS

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Cloud Deployment Engineer to design, deploy, and manage Secure Hybrid Integrated Pipelines (SHIP) and Hive Agile Testing Solutions (HATS) in a government commercial cloud environment. The role requires expertise in cloud infrastructure, DevSecOps practices, and government compliance frameworks to deliver secure and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deployment & Integration

• Lead the deployment of SHIP and HATS solutions in government cloud environments, such as AWS, Microsoft Azure Government, or Google Cloud for Public Sector.
• Develop and implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) templates for secure and automated deployments using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
• Integrate SHIP with existing Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to enhance development and testing workflows.

2.Secure Testing Solutions

• Deploy and manage Hive Agile Testing Solutions (HATS) to support end-to-end automated testing for secure applications.

• Ensure seamless integration between SHIP and HATS for secure, agile development processes.

3.Security & Compliance

• Implement and enforce security controls in alignment with government standards such as FedRAMP, FISMA, and NIST 800-53.

• Conduct regular security audits, vulnerability scans, and compliance checks on SHIP and HATS deployments.

4.Performance Optimization

• Monitor and optimize the performance of the SHIP pipeline and HATS testing environments to ensure high availability and scalability.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the pipeline to maintain efficient workflows.
• Ensure robust logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions are in place for proactive issue management.

5.Collaboration & Reporting

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, testing, security, and infrastructure teams, to ensure smooth deployment and integration.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation, including architecture diagrams, deployment guides, and system configurations.
• Provide regular updates to government stakeholders on project progress, performance metrics, and compliance status.

Preferred Skills:
