Job Scope

(a) Assist in school’s General Office operations such as answering

phone calls/walk-ins in a timely manner; taking and relaying

messages where necessary

(b) Attend to sick/injured students, ensuring such cases are recorded

in the office log book

(c) Assist in office administration matters and clerical work, including

receiving, sorting and distributing daily mail /deliveries /posts/

couriers, maintaining a log book.

(d) Maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of the Reception Area at all

times

(e) Any other duties as assigned by the P/VPs/HODs/AM
