The job holder will be responsible for the admissions processes of our various MSc programmes but with oversight of dedicated MSc programme(s), as well as Graduate Certificate programmes in collaboration with other team colleagues. S/he will work with the various stakeholders (Academic Director, relevant faculty members, students, internal and external stakeholders) to ensure the smooth running of the admissions process of our programmes. S/he will also have an important public relations role in representing the MSc Programmes Office, NUS Business School, and NUS both internally and externally, and contribute to the Business School’s mission and values.

1. Create, manage and oversee the brand narrative, guidelines and assets across all touchpoints. Supports the GCIO and Institution IT Director office to ensure the smooth operations of the IT Finance Operations, adhering to the finance governance and compliance and ensuring accuracy and completeness of IT Financial records for audits and management reporting.
You’ll also be tasked to support the department in process improvement and cost containment initiatives, such as streamlining the IT billing process and tracking & monitoring of actual IT spending for management reporting.

Business Finance Operations:

· Provide analysis and projections in IT related cost, including IT budget and utilization to cluster and institutions. Analysis includes conducting due diligence for data reconciliation, as well as rationalisation and presentation of findings.

· Support and assist cluster CIO Offices in project costing and budgets relating to cross cluster projects and maintenance cost (including transfer pricing matters).
