- Build and nurture relationships with existing partners, industry leaders, trade associations, and key stakeholders.
- Develop and localize marketing strategies and materials to engage potential leads.
- Collaborate with product teams to tailor solutions for market-specific needs.
- Develop and deliver a sales pipeline report by identifying, filtering, negotiating, and launching new relationships in the target geography and vertical markets to management.
- Conduct needs assessments to ensure alignment between customer requirements and company solutions.
- Identify, reach, and engage key decision-makers and influencers through existing relationships, networking, personal connections, client references, and industry events
- Oversee the sales process from initial contact to onboarding.
- Understand company products and services to keep business on trend and stay competitive.
- Coordinate with pre-sales and implementation teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Leads and train sales team members to achieve sales goals to meet company expectations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years in B2B solution sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in procurement-related roles or selling ERP solutions is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with SaaS, supplier management, or e-tendering platforms is an advantage.
- Strong experience in consultative selling preferably in digital practice.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and digital marketing platforms.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel frequently across the region.
