• As the main contact for first-level end-user support, oversee and manage complex technical issues in a fast-paced business environment.
  
• Operate and maintain VMware vSphere and Horizon VDI environments, conducting daily administration tasks such as upgrades, patches, and security configurations.
  
• Monitor and optimize these environments, evaluate risks, and troubleshoot workloads.
  
• Stay current on virtual machine technologies.
  
• Provide 24/7 on-call support, lead post-delivery teams for projects related to client applications, and maintain the Inventory Asset list.
  
• Create and manage technical documentation and compile diverse maintenance reports.

Requirements:

• Proficient in ITIL Framework practices.
  
• Competency in Quality Escalation Management, Exception Handling, Costs/Overhead Management, and Contract Renewal, ensuring all SLAs are met.
  
• Competence in Backup and Recovery Solutions.
  
• Experience supporting enterprise virtualized environments on Desktop, OS, Client Applications, and Mobile Phones

Inventory Control Assistant / Executive

Location: Gul Crescent [Company Transport @Big bus from Chinese Garden, Lakeside & Boon Lay; Small bus from Yew Tee]

Working Hours: 8.15am - 5.30pm
Working Days: 5 Days [Monday - Friday]
Salary: $2500 - $3000

The incumbent will work alongside with the team manager to manage the company’s inventory system and committed to maintain data accuracy and integrity of the system.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the company’s inventory system
• Provide support for periodic stock checks and stock takes
• Oversee & ensure inventory accuracy in the system
• Review inventory documentation, records and reconciliation of inventory discrepancies if any
• Liaise with warehouse personnel on inventory matters
• Ensure timely updating of supplier price lists and computation of selling price

Requirement:

• Minimum a Diploma or equivalent, preferably in logistics or related field
• Possess relevant experience in inventory control

About the job

Reporting to the Head of IT, your role involves:

• Support, troubleshoot and implement products and services deployed on the Microsoft platform.
• Supporting and maintaining the Windows Servers and Office 365
• Ensuring optimal functioning and cost-effective maintenance of all systems under their supervision.
• Managing external vendors, ensuring SLA is being adhered to
• Supporting continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and new technologies and presenting these for architectural review. Thins includes reviewing the current infrastructure solutions to identify
• Collaboratively establishing local IT infrastructure priorities aligned with business requirements and global goals.
• Coordinating with Global Service Managers to develop and implement local IT infrastructure in accordance with defined global strategies.

Skills and experience required
As a successful applicant, you will have at least 8 years of experience in Windows Server / System. Basic exposure to network is required for this role.

Candidates with in-house / end user environment background is required for this role.
