Job Scope:

• Oversee the team in the daily printing operation
• Prepare yearly production forecast for resource planning
• Ensure card production and delivery are on schedule
• Ensure card production meets quality control requirements
• Prepare card requirement forecast for stock ordering
• Monitor card stock level
• Ensure timely submission of stock status reports
• Ensure all internal audit controls are in place and compliance to Audit Requirements
• Ensure all SOP manuals are updated to current operational procedures
• Ensure that projects are managed and coordinated well between internal and external parties
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Possess a Degree
• Possess minimum 1 year experience in Operations & Project Management
• Possess supervisory experience
• No experience are welcome to apply
• Good interpersonal and communications skills

Job Description

• Responsible for maintenance and cleanliness in various establishments
• Coordinate with vendors and on building maintenance & cleaning services
• SupervIsion of cleaning servcies
• Reporting of irregularities to site manager
• Manage stock level and maintain inventory
• Conduct tools box briefings for site staff
• Conduct regular inpection with clients
• Prepare of monthly reports for staff meetings and note taking
• Ensure compliance of safety practices and other regulations
• Provide high standard to meet clients requirement

Requirements

• Good knowledge in buildings and environmental cleaning
• Able to interact with all levels and a good team player
• Knowledge in MS Office
