About the Role

The Head of KYC Operations - Financial Services is responsible for overseeing the KYC program for financial services products, ensuring it meets both regulatory and company compliance standards. This role involves developing, implementing, and scaling effective KYC processes and selecting market-appropriate KYC solutions. The ideal candidate has expertise in Southeast Asia's KYC operations, with strong product management skills, a background in AML compliance, and experience in BNPL or lending. Key responsibilities

• Strong communication skills for translating compliance requirements into actionable steps for cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in APAC AML/KYC regulations for Buy Now Pay Later and Lending products
