What will I be doing?
As the Senior Manager, Food & Beverage Operations – South-East Asia, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Operations Executive

The role will be responsible for co-development and operational delivery of the asset's materials management (MM) strategy through the team’s tactical execution of all warehouse operations, logistics

and MM across the site, driving key materials considerations for contracting and business tactics in the

valuate stock and in and out going materiel at the right amount with adequate underpinning

support plans. Firm up Stage It/Kitting agreements for each Project, Major Maintenance event

and Turnaround event. Strategically dedicate warehouse space and determine appropriate

facility and additional resources/considerations for each event. Close out in real time to maintain

currency in direct charge materials, ensure optimal opportunity for investment recovery for

unused materials, and to keep maximum availability of space for future needs.

Responsibilities

As a Principal Controls Engineer your key responsiblites are outlined below:

• Collaborate with Engineering and Operation teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of the critical environment (CE) designs and operational procedures for colocation data centers. • Manage end-to-end supply chain accounting flow across Nike trading entities, this includes responsive exception management to ensure reporting accuracy and control compliance
• Partner with Global and/or Country Controlling and cross-functional teams including Tax, Customs, Supply Chain Operation teams to stand up new/changes in processes in support of product flow flexibility
• Partner with Supply Chain Operations and/or Capability Teams in ensuring system data integrity for new/change process resolution to uphold control rigors.
• Responsible for SAP system validation on operations accounting related activities in support of business initiatives. Define relevant test scenarios and validate results within the set timeline. Provide inputs for informed decisions on user acceptance.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced SAP S4/HANA Implementation accounting lead to join our team. This is an instrumental role in supporting the multi-year global system implementation from the supply chain operations accounting lens in the different gates of implementation, i.e. go-live readiness, implementation and through the stabilization and operation transition.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

SAP S4/Hana implementation that cut across go-live readiness, implementation, stabilization and transition to operations team:

• Process mapping: Create comprehensive process maps for both standard processes (happy path) and exception resolutions, including control mechanisms.
• Finance Reports Design: Design and develop reports to support finance month-end reporting and analysis and ensure compliance with established controls.
