About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Operations Officer to be part of our Asia Pacific Logistics Execution team to perform safe and timely shipments of >$2B worth of products to and from international origins and destinations.

Based in our Singapore Commercial hub, the primary responsibility is to manage the day-to-day operational activities, working in close collaboration with a complex stakeholder group from across the business to deliver optimal value for the various business units.

Reporting to the Supervisor, Logistics Operations, you will:

Target Operating Model

• Work with key stakeholders to design an agile operating model that is fit for purpose and appropriate (lean, yet compliant) for a start up business in the Health Technology industry. We are seeking a highly organized and proficient Warehouse Operations Executive to oversee our ecommerce warehouse fulfilment operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in warehouse management and a strong understanding of the ecommerce sector. This role is critical to ensuring efficient, accurate, and timely order fulfilment, which is essential for maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting the company’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

· Order Fulfillment: Ensure all ecommerce orders are processed, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time.

· Inventory Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and manage stock replenishment to prevent shortages or overstock situations.

· Warehouse Organization: Develop and implement efficient warehouse layout plans and storage systems to optimize space and streamline operations.

Shift Operations Engineer (12 Hours Shift)

Your Principle Responsibilities

• Operate the plant in safe & efficient manner by following the standard operating procedures
• Identify any abnormalities in process, instrument, equipment or machine.
• Take regular samples as per scheduled, analyze and record
• Coordinate with maintenance crew and prepare the unit/equipment for safe handover for maintenance
• Issue permits to work and perform the necessary checks as stipulated in each work permit.

Operations Engineer

Job Description:

The Shift Operations Engineer will support and oversee production operations, ensuring compliance with environmental, health, safety, and quality regulations during 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Safety Compliance:Adhere to all environmental, health, and safety regulations.
   Support lockout/tagout (LOTO), energy control, line-breaking, confined space entry, and work-at-height activities.
   Maintain the shop floor in a state of safety and quality regulatory compliance, ensuring it is always inspection-ready.
   
2. Operational Support:Execute production activities, including pre- and post-maintenance interventions (MI).
   Coordinate resources based on criticality and priority with the Shift Team Supervisor (STS).
   Assign and oversee tasks based on Manufacturing Standard Work (MSW) and Operation Standard Work (OSW).
   
3. Troubleshooting:Participate in troubleshooting activities for processing issues and deviations.
