• Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure smooth system functionality

Objectives of the position:

This role is for the Customer Quality Support for Company’s product distribution where Customer’s feedback & Product Quality requirements / issues are handled. The person will be responsible to handle Customers requirements such as complaints, test data & other technical information as requested. Customer complaints handling will also include the necessary communication with all the stake holders (Customer, Supplier, CS, PP, SVM, LOG). Knowledge in cable testing and specification requirements will be required to understand Customer complaints (technical & logistics).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage Customer complaint processes such as acknowledgement of the complaint, updating into SAP, keeping track of the complaint, closure of the complaint & summarizing for monthly reporting. Proper handling of customers’ needs by providing accurate and timely information on enquiries related to cable standards, test reports and handling of customer complaints.

2. Track supplier quality by means of in-coming inspection when required or arise from Customer complaints. Update results in SAP system and release inspected lots according to the usage decision defined. To generate supplier CAR and track for corrective action by liaising with the supplier.

3. Familiar with and comply to international cable testing standards and procedures. Contribute to achieving company & department KPIs through due diligence, duty of care & personal accountability for Quality assurance in all tasks.

4. Liaising with relevant departments to effectively close the Customer complaints

5. Maintain records in SAP

6. Operate Laboratory test equipment when required

7. Assist Customer’s Technical enquiries e.g Product Test Report, RoHS, REACH, CE

8. Supplier claim processes and 8D report.

9. Prepare and issue Customer Test Certificates & COC

10. Assist in other day to day activities related to QA department as assigned by Superior.

Skills & Qualification:

▪ Min. Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electronics / Electrical) or equivalent

▪ Min. 2 years’ experience in electrical / electronic product testing and qualification. Training will be provided.

▪ Knowledge in ISO 9001 : 2015 QMS standard.

▪ Must be able to operate lab equipment (calliper, visual scope, resistance checker, High voltage tester).

▪ Prior experience in SAP system is required for this role. Knowledge of cable product testing is an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor real-time security operations at overseas IDC, including personnel and asset surveillance. Respond promptly to security incidents, coordinate, and follow up on incident handling to ensure stable, secure, and efficient overseas data center operations.

2. Develop and optimize operational management standard procedures, and establish the framework for IDC security operation management systems. Enhance the standardization of global data center operations.

3. Oversee the construction of the IDC alarm, incident, risk, and drill management system. Drive execution through data-driven approaches, and facilitate the evolution towards automation and intelligence.

4. Collaborate in optimizing the security operation management platform, contributing to the development of automation tools for centralized and refined management of global IDC.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher, with a preference for a major in computer/electronics.

2. Over 2 years of relevant work experience, demonstrating operational and management expertise in large-scale security service projects.

3. Familiarity with security incident emergency response processes. Ability to track, analyze, handle, and resolve various security issues and incidents. Understanding of relevant security standards, regulations, and security systems.

4. Preferably with a background in the security industry or a large security services company.

5. Proficient in both Chinese and English languages.

2) Independent and able to co-ordinate with the project team to attend and resolve site matters.

3) Analyze, design, plan and research structural components and structural elements to achieve design goals.

4) Must possess a Degree in C&S engineering recognized by Professional Engineers Board, Singapore.

5) At least 3 years of working experience in consultancy firm.

6) Fresh graduate from NUS / NTU will be considered.

About the role

We are looking for a Senior AI/ML expert with a combination of Engineering/Applied Research experience to help us develop our foundational logical reasoning AI system. You will have worked in AI/ML for several years to have experienced, researched/applied different neural network architectures to various problems (e.g. natural language, vision, graphs, symbolic, formal domains), using several model training and optimization techniques (e.g. value models, reinforcement learning, search strategies), and across modalities (text, audio, video). A strong track record in graphs (graph theory, GNNs, GraphML, etc.), and ML-based code synthesis and/or validation will be invaluable. We are especially keen on candidates who have applied ML to real-world physical/materials/etc. engineering applications/use cases – either directly as a full-time or even as an expert consultant across industries/domains.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy and evaluate novel machine learning models and algorithms to solve theorem proving as a foundational framework to developing logical reasoning in AI
• Apply various ML techniques, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning
• Work with large datasets to preprocess, clean, and transform data for model training and evaluation
• Implement data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure efficient data flow and accessibility
• Design and conduct experiments, analyze results, develop metrics and benchmarks profile and optimize the performance of machine learning models

Desired Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• 1+ years in machine learning, AI, or related fields
• Proven experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
• Experience with data engineering tools and platforms such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, or similar
• Experience with MLOps practices and tools for model deployment, monitoring and logging such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack
• Experience with deep learning architectures and techniques, especially across domains, including vision, natural language, graphs; bonus for other NN architectures, e.g. symbolic, GraphML, etc
• Experience with program/code synthesis or models focused on systems design generation
• Experience applying ML to various real-world and engineering use cases
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and their ML toolkits, especially containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI
• Contributions to open-source projects in machine learning or AI communities
