• Assist Operations Managers in day-to-day operational tasks for clients within the assigned region.
• Receive and process shipment information from clients, including invoices, HAWB, PL, datasheets, etc.
• Track shipments through various web pages (DHL, FedEx, UPS), agents, or direct contact with other offices.
• Coordinate phone calls with agents to resolve issues if needed.
• Perform data entry, create shipments, and upload shipment information to the company’s operative system.
• Gather and save documents related to shipments in files and the internal system.
• Keep information updated in internal system, including fees for shipments.
• Maintain updated files.
• Provide reports as per Ops Manager requests regarding shipment status or any matter.
• Maintain regular communication with agents within the region and other company regional offices.
• Prepare regular reports according to client-specific needs.
• Input and maintain accurate data in internal system & Basecamp (internal Global IT systems) following corporate policies and procedures.
• Escalate to Ops Manager for any situation/issues that cannot be resolved directly or require strategic guidance/decision.
• Support in the preparation of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Prepare reports as requested by Ops or Regional Manager.
• Engage in administrative and operational activities based on company needs.

• Minimum experience 1 to 2 years on similar positions.
• Computer skills: Email (Outlook), Microsoft Office
• Ideally with International Trade / Logistics / Customs / Compliance experience

Job Description & Requirements:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Engineer specializing in Electronic Access Control and CCTV Systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience installing, configuring, and maintaining various access control and surveillance devices. The Assistant Engineer will work both independently and collaboratively, ensuring the successful implementation of electronic security solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Installation of Access Control Devices:Card Readers
   Request to Exit Buttons (REX)
   Motion Sensors
   Maglocks
   Electric Door Strikes
   Access Control Panels
   
2. Installation of CCTV Systems:Analog & IP Cameras
   Power Supplies
   DVR Recording Units
   Cable Pathway Systems
   
3. Cable Installation and Management:Various cables, including twisted pair, coax, power-limited tray cable, stranded cable, and solid conductor low-voltage cable.
   Placement, termination, testing, labeling, and documentation of cables.
   Dressing and routing cables into closets and control rooms.
   
4. Programming:Program Access Control Panels and Systems.
   Install and program DVR Recording Units.
   
5. Safety and Compliance:Maintain a safety-conscious work environment.
   Firestop various cable penetrations.
   Ability to carry heavy loads and climb ladders as needed.
   
6. Flexibility:Willingness to work days, nights, and weekends as and when required.
   

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in the installation and maintenance of Electronic Access Control and CCTV Systems.
• Technical proficiency in programming Access Control Panels and DVR Recording Units.
• Familiarity with various types of cables and cable management systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to carry heavy loads and climb ladders.
• Comfortable working in various environments and schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for troubleshooting, testing, commissioning, maintenance, repair and services operation such as genset synchronizing control system, close transition system, ATS system and genset baseload operation
• Preparation of shop drawings, workings drawings, & as-built drawings
• Attend site meetings with main contractor, consultant and client when required
• Assist the Project Manager in handling and monitoring progress of projects
• Liaise with vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management from time to time

- Cleaning each components and polish to improve the conductivity.

- Calibrate the position and turning the position

- Manange the tracking excel file for in/out units in workshop

- Communicate with customer regarding the failure mode or warranty claim
