Pre-Opening HR Strategy and Planning

• Develop and implement the HR pre-opening roadmap, including recruitment, onboarding, and training for all hotel staff.
• Partner with the regional leadership team to establish the organizational structure, manning, pre-opening budget, compensation, and benefits structure in line with market standards.
• Lead workforce planning to ensure the right talent is in place before the hotel's opening.
• Act as the primary contact for new owners on opening expenditure, forecasting, and matters about opening budget.
• Collaborate closely with all internal departments to contribute to the successful new openings/transitions, including AD&C, IT, Sales & Revenue, Quality Assurance, and Brand.

• Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are well-integrated into the hotel's culture and operations.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
• Work with the APAC Recruitment team to co-create and activate necessary recruitment marketing campaigns to help drive recruitment for critical hotels/markets.

Employee Relations and Compliance

• Work with hotel DHR to establish a robust employee relations framework to foster a positive working environment.
• Implement policies and procedures that comply with local labor laws and company standards.
• Address any pre-opening HR issues, including conflict resolution and legal compliance.

Learning and Development

• Collaborate with the respective CoEs and brand training team on the development of critical talent development and training programs that drive the onboarding of new GMs and 4Ds.
• Support the hotel DHR in leading training programs to prepare the hotel team for the opening, including customer service, operations, and safety protocols.
• Ensure ongoing learning and development opportunities support team growth and retention post-opening.

HR Operations and Systems

• Guide the hotel DHR in setting up HR systems, including payroll, benefits administration, and employee records.
• Manage pre-opening HR budgets and resources, ensuring cost-effective solutions.

Post-Opening HR Support

• Provide ongoing HR leadership post-opening to stabilize operations and support the General Manager and leadership team.
  Ensure the implementation of performance management processes and ongoing HR support for hotel staff.

HR Operations Support

• Partner with operations to lead HR programs and services across South East Asia.
• Provide leadership and consultation to local market leaders, fostering innovative and high-impact HR processes.

Role Description

Reporting directly to our Chief Product Officer, the Director of Operations owns the vision and execution of all back-office operations within the organization: listing, ground, viewing, along with client success and customer service. Summary

The Regional Director Security Operations (RDSO) is responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary team that executes a global security operations program for a multi-national IT organization. Services provided include security operations, safety, budget and financial execution, logistics, and employee recruitment, onboarding and training. The security operations program is comprised of regional security man-guarding functions, a security operations center, development and management of security operations metrics, branch liaison, personnel management and driving key security operations projects and initiatives for datacenters on a multi $100M global Client account. About the team

The Research Office oversees research at the University, with a commitment to research excellence and positive societal impact. It has a rich variety of transactions such as currency transactions, leveraged transactions, OTC transactions, contract transactions, and credit card purchases. Provide users with the safest, most efficient and professional digital asset investment services.

Responsibilities

● This position will oversee SEA and MENA operations

● Oversee the user growth operations, helping drive initiatives to grow our long-term business and strategic partnerships

● Identify and manage initiatives to improve operational processes and reduce operational risks.

● Monitor operational and risk metrics and escalate potential issues or anomalies

● Deliver recommendations to upper management that shape company and product strategy through coordinating in-depth market research and synthesizing findings

● Work effectively with cross-functional teams within Operations as well as Marketing.

● Collaborate with partners both internal and external to improve points of failure, resolve partner issues, document all critical processes and drive accountability/performance in line with commercials

● Troubleshoot and solve ad-hoc issues in a timely manner

● Manage the full lifecycle of operations from strategy to implementation.

Requirements:

● At least 2 year of experience in blockchain industry

● At least 10 years of experience in Fintech,reputable internet companies, Operations and/or partner management

● 3 years of management experience

● Keen understanding of financial markets (traditional finance, fintech, venture capital, etc.) and technology

● Self-motivated individual who can work with minimal supervision and thrive in a distributed and multicultural team setting

● Strong commercial and operational acumen and critical problem solving skills

● Experience in trading operations and asset custody

● Strong analytical skills to develop reporting, effectively make use of tools and other business processes to elevate operations and enable analysis of nascent industry movements

● Fluency in English, knowledge of other languages, e.g. Chinese, would be an advantage in order to liaise with stakeholders across the region

● Experience in and understanding of blockchain trading business a plus
