Manage safety of Pest Management Services

Manage teams and incidents

• Manage capability development of staff. Analyze and manage incidents and emergencies at work site. Manage and report work-related incident and emergency investigations.

Others

• Participate in tender interviews, customer’s meetings and/or marketing presentations to potential clients to showcase technical capability and experience.
• Attend to other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Job Description:

• Responsible for on-site technical and engineering matters.
• Supervise & coordinate day-to-day site works, including sub-contract works, safety and quality control.
• Site inspection & upkeep site record.
• Liaise with consultants, client etc.
• Other duties assigned by Site Manager / PM.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Graduate Bachelor in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• 3-5 years work experience in Building Construction.
• Able to work independently.
• Autodesk Revit MEP experience will be an advantage

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Assist of design, develop & customize automation concepts in line with customer requirements with effective technical solutions in customer site.

• Review and improve existing automation solutions.

• Support and troubleshooting automated production line.

• Prepare automation system document, drawing, procedure & work instruction.

• Prepare maintenance procedures to training & supervise maintenance team’s program & activities.

• Knowlege & experience in panel making

• Participate of workplace health and safety, abide by all EHS policies and procedures; cooperate with Management and colleagues in EHS initiatives.

• Any other duties as and when assigned.

Requirement

• Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electrical / Electronic Engineering or equivalent

• Possess knowledge of industrial automation & engineering, PLC, CAD. Experience in automation design are advantages.

• Driving Licence with Class 3,2B are advantages

• Good interpersonal, communication and Microsoft skills

Business Understanding At least (3) years of relevant experience in:
- Business Requirement Analysis
- Business Process and System Understanding
- Effective Communication with both business and technical users
Azure Data Engineering At least (2) years of hands-on experience as Azure Data Engineer using:
- Azure Data Factory
- Azure Synapse Analytics / Datawarehouse

Preferably with relevant certifications from Microsoft including Azure Data Engineer Associate;
Data Ingestion & Modelling At least (3) years of hands-on experience in
- Performing data Ingestion using Data factory & T-SQL stored procedure and data harmonizing
- Implementing Data Quality validation
- Good to have following skills
• Knowledge of Azure Databricks
• Data modelling in Azure Analysis Services using star and snowflake schema.
• Knowledge of writing DAX query to create measures & dimensions.
• Python Coding Experience
Others Conversant in Microsoft Office products

• Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner.

• Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other).

• Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications.

• Assess potential risks, materials and costs.

• Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies.

• Oversee and mentor staff and liaise with a variety of stakeholders.

• Handle over the resulting structures and services for use.

• Monitor progress and compile reports in project status.

• Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials.

• Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required.

• Working with a team of fellow engineers and construction crews to organize and complete projects.

Site Engineer – Mechanical maintenance

We need an independent, self-motivated site engineer for facilities construction projects with the follow qualification and experience.

1. Bachelor degree / Diploma in Mechanical engineering

2. Should have worked in a Facilities project for Semiconductor or Pharmaceutical or Chemical plants

3. Four to five years site experience is required.

4. Work experience in the plant modification or new built in the above industry is preferred.
