This role is required to managed and support 1-Net's IT Services business, including Cloud Services, Managed Services, DC services, and Business Continuity Management Services.

Responsibilities

• Providing 2nd/3rd level support to Network Services
• Problem resolution in customer network issues
• Plan, implement, review and project manage network infrastructure projects and operations
• Test, evaluate and recommend new networking products for customers
• Review and continuously enhance existing network services
• Improve network performance; optimize network usage and bandwidth usage and secure the core network
• Optimize routing policies and capacity management to ensure minimal network latencies and outages
• Secure network with relevant security policies
• Responsive to solve network issues, on standby 24x7
• Assist L1/L2 Engineers to handle customers' issues directly
• Recommend suitable and relevant solutions to solve customers' issues
• Provide maintenance support for all network infrastructure
• Provide monthly network infrastructure performance review report and capacity planning recommendations
• Ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the implemented solutions in meeting user's requirements and work processes and procedures.
• Ensure timeliness & quality of project delivery.
• Structured cabling system implementation and cross connect provisioning.

• In depth practical experience in LAN/WAN implementation which include router & switches setup and configuration.
• Knowledge and experience with networking protocols, including BGP, VXLAN EVPN, OSPF, IOX-XR, NX-OS
• Structured Network Infrastructure for Layer 2 & 3 support.
• Certification in CCNA, CCNP is highly preferred

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Operations Managers in maintaining the operations system and processes of various services to effectively support the hospital in delivering its services. The services include but not limited to:

a. Laundry and linen services

b. Food services

c. Bed Management Unit

d. Facilities Management

• Provide general support to the COO on all operational matters pertaining to the services under the purview of Allied Health and Operations.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of a filing system for the current as well as new services and pilot projects, participating in the setting up of work processes operations systems and procedures to effectively support the new services.
• Support Operations Manager in contract management, generate monthly report to monitor the trend of expenses, performance satisfaction and ensure quality and continuous improvement.
• Keep track of the expiry and renewal of all service/maintenance contracts for Operations, including the sourcing for quotation and preparation of vendor evaluation.
• Support the inpatient meal processes, food quality and patients’ experience and attend to the feedback from ward staff, patients and patients’ families.
• Support the linen and laundry processes and ensure that there is sufficient par level and stockpile of linen for the wards.
• Work closely with infection control team and conduct inspection on food services (inpatient and retail services) and linen and laundry services.
• Assist therapists in SMF application, order mobility devices, consolidate payment, submit quarterly funding claim and data submission to the Ministry of Health.
• Assist in operating the pandemic and business continuity plans in connection with the hospital-wide response plan in the event such plans need to be activated.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and projects.
• Keep track of the expiry and renewal dates of all licenses and accreditation; submit renewal applications.
• Assist the Operations Manager in the co-ordination for the internal and external audits and inspection.
• Arrange meetings and minutes writing.
• Assume other responsibilities relevant to position as delegated from time to time including work relating to the expansion of services and development of new services or new projects.

Requirements:

• General Diploma/Degree or equivalent from a recognised institution is required.
• At least 5 years of working experience.
• Must have good understanding of the direction that the hospital is taking in response to the rapidly changing healthcare delivery models which MOH has for the ILTC sector to meet the changing needs in tandem with the demographic changes of the population.
• Must demonstrate initiatives; able to work in collaboration with other professionals in the multi-disciplinary hospital team.
• Should have good communication and inter-personal skills and be able to relate well with colleague and external partners.
• Adequate knowledge of IT is essential as the hospital moves into an electronic records environment.

We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Engineer with expertise in Linux, Windows, VMWare, and Cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP). The role involves designing, deploying, and maintaining infrastructure across on-premise and cloud environments, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system administration, virtualization, and cloud technologies, along with excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Linux and Windows server environments, including installation, configuration, and patch management.
• Design, deploy, and maintain virtualized infrastructure using VMWare (vSphere, vCenter, ESXi).
• Plan, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP, ensuring compliance with security and performance standards.
• Develop and implement backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans for on-premise and cloud environments.
• Monitor system performance, ensure high availability, and troubleshoot infrastructure issues across all platforms.
• Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) solutions using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation for automated cloud provisioning and management.
• Ensure system security by implementing and managing firewall rules, encryption protocols, and access control across cloud and on-prem environments.
• Collaborate with DevOps, security, and network teams to ensure seamless integration and smooth operations across infrastructure components.
• Perform regular audits of systems and infrastructure to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in the capacity planning, performance tuning, and scaling of infrastructure resources.
• Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams on infrastructure-related issues.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in cloud and infrastructure management.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience with Linux (RedHat, CentOS, Ubuntu) and Windows Server (2012/2016/2019) administration.
• Hands-on experience with VMWare virtualization (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter).
• Strong experience in cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, and GCP, including deployment, management, and security.
• Proficiency in Terraform, CloudFormation, or other IaC tools.
• Experience with scripting and automation (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
• Knowledge of networking concepts (DNS, TCP/IP, VPNs, load balancers) and security best practices.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Prometheus, CloudWatch) for infrastructure performance and availability.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in AWS (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect), Azure (Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator), or GCP (Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect).
• Experience with containerization platforms like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

Role Summary:

You will be responsible for ensuring quality control in semiconductor manufacturing processes, managing engineering changes, resolving production issues, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control measures for semiconductor manufacturing processes.
• Monitor production data to identify trends and initiate corrective actions to improve yield and reliability.
• Review and validate quality systems and specifications for new equipment and processes.
• Ensure smooth integration of new technologies into the production line with a focus on maintaining quality standards.
• Manage quality control for engineering changes in wafer fabrication, including reviewing change requests, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Oversee the quality of incoming masks through inspections and audits.
• Collaborate with mask suppliers to identify quality issues, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead the response to major abnormal events in the wafer fab, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Manage RMAs and work with customer quality teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.

Education Qualification & Essential Experiences:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics, Physics, Materials Science, or other related engineering fields.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience.

Personal Attributes:

• May need to travel to Taiwan for a training period lasting 6 to 9 months.
