The Finance & Operations Senior Executive reports to the company founder and general manager (ex-eCommerce Architect at Razer and ex-Digital Marketing Manager at Unilever) and plays a key role in our financial management, accounting and classroom operations. Degree in Civil Engineering / Geotechnical Engineering with 5 to 8 years experience in Geotechnical and Structural Instrumentation works especially working experience in Singapore MRT Projects.

Degree in Civil Engineering / Geotechnical Engineering with 3 - 5 years experience in Geotechnical and Structural Instrumentation works especially working experience in Singapore MRT Projects.

· Site project management.

· Overall project planning, scheduling, monitoring and updating to meet project completion targets.

· Daily site activities planning, preparing work breakdown, daily site operations, site coordination, monitoring and report work progress.

· Work closely with sub-contractors on project progress and ensure timely work arrangements

· Liaise with consultant and carry out site inspection.

· Attend weekly or monthly meeting with sub-contractors on work progression and prepare monthly meeting progress report.

· Preparation of structural analysis, loading calculation and drawings.

· Establish good relationship with all relevant parties.

· Ensure site safety & compliance to authorities’ requirements.

Requirement

- Degree in Civil or relevant Engineering

- 3-5 years’ minimum experience in Infra-structure project more than 200million.

Able to design the electrical system in the construction projects.

Must ensure compliance in the electrical systems.

Able to do coordinate installation.

Able to do maintenance and test activities.

Able to solve the issues in the electrical projects in the construction projects.

Able to lead the team of workers and site supervisors.
