As the Senior Manager, Global Facilities Construction & Project Management at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be partnering with Central Engineering, South Asia Regional and Site Construction Directors across different geographies in South Asia to deliver multi-billion annual construction projects critical to Micron’s continuous growth.

You will be leading the Global Construction & Project Management organization and will be responsible for developing global construction roadmap and strategy, optimizing construction management process and controls to ensure projects are successfully and safely delivered on time and within budget. This includes, but will not be limited to, managing change and assessing the operational and financial risks for proposed construction project plans and process for engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and project management tasks.

Minimum Qualifications:

The Micron F10 Construction Senior Manager is responsible for the construction of Micron Singapore’s manufacturing and cleanroom projects. This person will work with a team of specialized third party builders and engineers in a highly collaborative environment. This job will require this person to work together with our factory, operations, and supply chain partners to deliver some of the most technically challenging projects in the world with demanding schedule and cost constraints.

The Construction Senior Manager provide project leadership for design execution of the build plan. The manager will work closely with the Design Senior Manager to ensure development of more detailed scope through field walks and collaboration with facilities operations partners and project engineers. During detailed design and construction performed by the general contractor, the Construction Senior Manager serve as the Owner's representative to provide input on buildability and sequence of construction.

As a Construction Senior Manager - your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Responsible for the supervision of all construction for all Micron’s Singapore major manufacturing and cleanroom projects.
• Provide project leadership for construction execution.

A Global Facilities Project Controller’s role is to control, monitor and be accountable for the development of schedule & cost management, document control, risk control to comply to the requirements of Micron’s procedures, business process and policies across the lifecycle of a construction project delivery.

The Project Controller will report to the Global Facilities Project Controls Team and support the assigned respective site construction projects’ Project Managers & dedicated Project Controllers to ensure that the project is successfully delivered on time, within budget and meets the quality/standard as per Micron’s requirements for the following tasks Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning and Project Management.
