JOB SUMMARY

Provides administrative, project and executive support to the Director by ensuring that all tasks are completed according to established policies and procedures in an efficient, timely and accurate manner.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Maintain and organise a full set of records for all files, minutes, activities, projects and data bases and to obtain all information from internal and external stakeholders and knowledge at fingertips and able to engage all stakeholders and customers and advise them on all issues raised.
• Organise meetings & take minutes and provide timely updates on the actionable items assigned to each person.
• Writing reports, updates and analyse issues and to achieve set outcomes and proactive in achieving creative solutions. Present papers and persuade the audience,
• Quickly understands the business and be a value-add contributor.
• Detailed and meticulous, must be committed to work, willing to be involved without being asked and to achieve results on all on-going matters and even in fluid situations.
• Result oriented, self-starter, starts and completes all tasks with achievements within time-frame and constantly improves tasks.
• Well organised in calendar, handling of reports, following up on work tasks and answering email correspondence, scanning of documents and mailing of letters or packages.
• Other general administration ad hoc job as instructed by management.
• Logical, clear and concise writing and ability to grasp concepts and to communicate ideas and issues at hand. Ability to write a good summary.
• Excellent communication and speaking skills;
• Any other tasks requests by the Legal Director, Management and the Board.

Individuals will be exposed to Probate,Divorce including Syariah, MedicalNegligence, Personal Injury,Real Estate Conveyance and Criminal trials, with ample exposure to trial documents preparations and Court hearings.

Ability to work independently to process information, follow instructions and complete tasks with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate should be diligent, meticulous, independent and a team player, with the ability to work well under pressure.

Duties include:

1)Assisting with case planning, gather facts and retrieve information;

2)Draft and analyze legal documents;

3)Collating and filing of Court documents physically and electronically;

4) Sorting and keeping all documents electronic and physical in order and easily accessible form;

5) Planning and delegation of work to complete task assigned tasks on time;

6) Work collaboratively and effectively with others to deliver excellent client experience and deliver clients objectives; &

7) Provide secretarial and administrative support to lawyers
