What you'll do:

• Responsible for maintenance, enhancement and support of SAP ISU Billing and Invoicing application systems and implementation of related projects.
• Ensure batch jobs are designed to run smoothly and efficiently without applications related errors.
• Ensure project and enhancement objectives are met and delivered using full software development life cycle (SDLC), including post implementation review.
• Analyse and refine business and technical requirements and translate into effective applications and process design.
• Engage business users to discuss approaches, new projects, and enhancements.
• Provide technical support to users by working with software vendor(s) on troubleshooting and resolution.
• Manage software vendor(s) to support users on new business requirement and implementation.
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards and procedures

What you'll need:

• Basic understanding of project management principles.
• Familiarity with system design and development, particularly in SAP development, is a plus.
• Willingness to learn vendor management.
• Ability to engage with cross-functional IT stakeholders, including infrastructure and data center operations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage priorities effectively.
• Desired skillsets: Basic knowledge of Printing Software (Exstream), Interest in learning SAP ISU modules, Basic understanding of SAP ABAP Development & Awareness of security principles.
