Requirement:

Good written and verbal communication skills and analytical ability System enhancements delivery experience in the banking industry

Hands on experience in design and configurations/development work

In depth knowledge of infrastructure services with

Expertise in Middleware concepts [ Apache, WebLogic etc.] SSL/SSH SFTP, Database,

Experience in leading, with good results, design gathering and design workshops with users as part of change delivery or defects fixes work

Strong Oracle SQL and PL/SQL design and development skills

Strong Java/ JavaScript knowledge

Ability to understand SLA / KPI and deliver items within correct time space

Ability to have vendor interaction and management skills

Responsibilities

• Report to Head of IT to assist in the implementation of all application system projects, including POS, ERP, Digital eCommerce, etc
• Work with respective department heads to analyse and propose process solution
• Hands-on technical development skills to perform application enhancements in Navision C/SIDE, Microsoft Dynamics-Business Central, SQL scripts, Java scripting, or any other ERP applications
• Impart and groom junior staffs.
• Manage third-party developers to deliver customisation documentation with proper documentation
• Performs and conduct systems testing, user training & acceptance testing, and post mortem follow-up
• Responsible for quality of deliverables, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead Report Analytics implementation

The candidate will be part of MHC Project Management Office & Business Solutions and will be assigned to lead business requirement gathering in various projects or system enhancements. This is a hands-on role which requires understanding of Insurance & Healthcare process and system, strong analytical skills and a high level of accuracy when defining business specifications

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with end users to produce/refine business specifications (Business Requirement Document)

Join our Medical Informatics Office where you will play a crucial role in the design, implementation, and support of the Next Generation Electronic Medical Records (NGEMR) system. Your responsibilities will include supporting the leads of your assigned workgroups in the following areas:

• Conducting requirements analysis, completing content build, and performing functional testing of the system
• Providing user training and coordinating with appointed IT projects/systems teams to build and implement solutions that meet user requirements for clinical orders, medication administration, and documentation
• Performing secretariat work for your assigned workgroups, including coordinating meetings, preparing materials, and tracking issues and training statuses throughout the project cycle
• Extending on-site user support during implementation and taking on-call responsibilities for system application support at scheduled times to troubleshoot and track issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
• Experience in clinical information systems, IT project management and experience in healthcare environment is preferred
• Candidates with 2 or more years of relevant experience may be considered for the Senior Analyst post
• Certification in Epic Electronic Medical Record system application is an advantage
