General Overview

Candidate must possess thorough understanding of SD-related Simplification items in S/4HANA and has played a key SD functional role in Testing, Data Migration and Cutover during their previous S/4HANA implementation.

Candidate should process strong SD business background, has hands-on with the related configurations and able to perform deep-dive analysis to develop high quality work including functional and technical specifications.

Candidate will need to be detail oriented, a good team player and has excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and business.

This is key for supporting the various S/4HANA implementation phases including Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing and Mock/Actual Cutovers.

Key Qualification:

• At least one FULL life-cycle implementations of SAP S/4HANA.
• Good understanding of Finished Goods business process
• Experience in SAP SD is a must - worked on implementations around IDOCs, Orders, Pricing, Invoicing, Outputs etc.
• Performed detail system analysis, developed functional and technical specifications and hands-on configuration experience for S/4HANA in large-scale project implementation (preferably for a global, multi-national corporation with many customisations)
• Played a key SD functional role in all Testing phases and Cutover activities for S/4HANA project implementation. Experience in Test Automation, Data Migration and Data Validation tools are a huge plus.
• Ability to efficiently interact with multiple organizations to successfully implement projects between multiple modules.
• Worked closely with Technical, DevOps and other cross functional teams in design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA.
• Excellent configuration skills and possessing ABAP knowledge is a huge advantage.
• Adaptive to learning new technologies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Hands on role in Test scope definition and Test scripting. Unit Test and String Test execution after code remediation.
• Perform end-to-end Integration Testing and supporting User Acceptance Test.
• Perform Data Validation using Apple selected tools during each data migration cycle
• Coordination across multiple tracks and functions for Cutover discussion and activities
• Deep-dive analysis with technical team for resolution of issues identified throughout Testing, Business Data Validation and Cutover cycles.
• Work across teams for triaging issues and resolution under a time pressure.

Description

The Logistics Infrastructure team is looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to perform a role as Logistics systems support. The Infrastructure team governs data, systems and processes related to the Logistics team.

The successful candidate will be a subject matter expert (SME) of Logistics systems including but not limited to real-time track and trace, transportation management and service levels management system. Representing the Logistics team regionally and cross-functionally on the relevant systems in a fast paced environment, the candidate will need to demonstrate robust system knowledge, data analytic skillset, and be the go-to person for system related queries across internal functions and with external partners.

As the role is dynamic and evolves with our ever-growing business environment, the candidate is expected to continuously adapt and learn new skills/ system knowledge. Core responsibilities includes but not limited to:

- Execution focus

- Provide support to systems maintenance during business as usual (BAU) and peak periods.

- Support system issue resolution, and timely update to stakeholders.

The Agency for Care Effectiveness (ACE) is a Health Technology Assessment (HTA) in Singapore. The role of ACE is to provide independent evidence-based evaluations of health technologies (e.g. drugs, vaccines, medical technologies) to inform funding decisions and produces technology guidances on their appropriate use.

The Economic Modelling team in ACE performs technical appraisal of health technologies including economic modelling and budget impact analysis. The team also builds internal technical capabilities and robustness through methodology development and research, and builds external capabilities through knowledge transfer.

Key responsibilities

Technical assessment, data analysis and reporting

• Conduct or appraise economic evaluation and budget impact analysis as part of health technology assessment (HTA) for drugs, vaccines and medical technologies to inform funding decision-making by the Drug Advisory Committee (DAC) and Medical Technology Advisory Committee (MTAC)
• Assist in the identification and prioritization of topics for technical assessments

Communcation and engagement

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand data needs and expected timelines
• Engage healthcare institutions or providers to gather inputs on the scope, inputs and outputs of the technology assessment
• Work closely with cross functional teams to effectively communicate findings internally and to external stakeholders

Data gathering and management

• Understand various datasets available and acquire health technology related data (not routinely available in MOH) from healthcare institutions or providers or other relevant parties
• Prepare and participate in meetings such as clinician interviews and engagements

Training and development

• Undertake continuing personal and professional development, and keep up to date to scientific and methodological developments to meet changing demands of the job and to satisfy the required technical competencies

Educational requirements:

Education relating to healthcare and postgraduate qualifications in health economics, public health, statistics or epidemiology preferred

Relevant experience:

No prior experience required for analyst, and at least 1 year and 3 years of experience in relevant fields for senior analyst and principal analyst, respectively.
