Job Description

1. Assist in providing payroll support and advice to the Singapore-based businesses.
2. Liaise with the Heads of Department (HODs) and employees to provide professional advice and judgements to answer payroll-related queries.
3. Ensure the accurate and timely payment of salary through the preparations of relevant payroll reports (e.g. monthly commissions, overtime claims etc.).
4. Assist in processing the monthly CPF and Levy submissions and annual Income Tax submissions for the considerations by the relevant stat boards.
5. Assist in preparing the monthly payroll journal and advise the Finance Department on the accurate cost allocation to other subsidiaries wherever applicable.
