About the role

We are looking for a Senior technical SEO specialist who is excited about joining a global team and be part of our future success.  You will be part of a global marketing team, reporting into the Global Content and SEO lead.

To do this, you will have a minimum of 8  years experience in a technical SEO role. We are open to hiring globally for this role, so location is not important.

Interview process

The successful candidate will participate in the below interview stages.

Control Risks is working with a global household-name company to identify and embed a Physical Security Specialist who will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the client's security operations in South East Asia. Key duties of the role will include interacting with all corporate cross-functional partners and country leadership teams, vendor management and financial reporting, support for corporate events, and travel security.

A bit about the role:

As a member of the APAC Compliance team, you will work closely with Compliance Officers, Product, Operations and other teams to develop and implement testing and monitoring plans for our diverse region.

The Lab Support Specialist performs Instrument and Information Technology Support including infrastructure, software, system integration, instrument support, IT, and project management as required to support EFII growth across all sub-business units. The Lab Support Specialist will ensure assigned applications are effectively implemented and maintained to meet applicable regulatory requirements.

About the Third Party Risk Management Specialist - APAC

Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Specialist - APAC is the intermediate level role in Wise’s Third party Risk management. This individual is responsible for ensuring the outsourcing activities comply with relevant outsourcing regulations and laws, align with internal policies and procedures, and are effectively governed to minimise risk exposure in the regional level. The Cortex Specialist Systems Engineer is the interface between business and technology. Working closely both internally - with product and engineering to share feedback from the field, and externally - with our prospects and customers to understand their business needs and to design technical solutions that take the best advantage of the Cortex platform. With your colleagues, you will displace competing technologies and build market share - most importantly, help your client sleep at night as our product integrates to build secure digital transactions.

Your Impact

• Drive complex deals in the pre-sale stage, alongside sales engineers and sales reps

• Present to customers as our expert at all levels in the customer hierarchy from technician to manager

• Support the technical field sales engineer on POCs (proof of concept) – assist with the pre-sales process by answering technical questions, conducting POC evaluations, and working with engineering to bridge any gaps

• Work closely with product and engineering to debug and correct challenges encountered during POCs

• Training of the field sales engineers to present new features, product roadmap, new improvements, and sprint summary

• Create new demo scenarios and use cases

• Discuss complex platform architectures to prospects

• Respond effectively to RFIs/RFPs while serving as the main technical point of contact

1. Within Miltenyi Biotec’s Global Technical Support Team, you join our group of global specialists supporting Miltenyi´s various product portfolios. You provide expert-level technical support, deliver product trainings, and support products along their complete lifecycle. 
2. You provide Technical Support to worldwide colleagues (sales, support and service), distributors and customers. This includes answering inquiries, providing application support, investigating and troubleshooting technical issues. You handle complaints in collaboration with other departments. You carefully document your support activities and also collect, analyze and communicate data required for analysis of product performance. You manage and maintain our product knowledge database.
3. You occasionally provide on-site support during customer demos, instrument installations or troubleshooting. 
4. You create, manage and deliver product training in-house and in the field worldwide. 
5. You support products by working with marketing, R&D and production during all stages of the product lifecycle. 
6. You take part in global projects to develop processes, tools and to launch new products.
