The Role
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for advertising opportunities across various channels like LinkedIn and Job Boards, actively sourcing talent and creating candidate pipelines, conducting screening calls to filter applications, partnering with regional functions to execute hiring strategies, engaging with stakeholders and recruitment agencies, supporting Recruitment Campaigns, and writing internal and external job adverts.
Your Profile
The candidate should boast a proven track record of 3 to 5 years in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition, specifically catering to technically proficient teams across multiple locations and operating regions in industries such as Construction, Engineering, Real Estate, and Corporate Functions. The candidate should also demonstrate comfort in dynamic environments of change and sustained business growth, possess excellent relationship skills to thrive under pressure and meet high stakeholder expectations, and have a successful track record in the APAC region, including Singapore and Malaysia.
