The Business Integrity Compliance Specialist is responsible for assisting the Head of Business Integrity to oversee and manage the company's compliance with all applicable business integrity laws, regulations, and internal policies. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in KYC (Know Your Customer), AML (Anti-Money Laundering), internal audit, internal controls, trade compliance or regulatory compliance area. Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain compliant procedures and policies to ensure the company's operations are in line with the Business Integrity related legal and regulatory requirements.

1. Read through the functional design documents and understand the functionality of the existing applications.

2. Working in a team and involved in the preparation of test packages/test data and perform testing.

3. Troubleshooting if any data issues and/or work with the developer in resolving the system issues identified as part of the testing

4. Prepare the test data as per the test package and conduct the User acceptance test together with the end-users design/test/implementation of SAP HR system,especially submodule SAP HR Payroll.

Top 3 Must have skills :

1. At least 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP technology as a functional consultant or tester

2. Experience in the preparation of test packages, perform functional testing, conduct user acceptance test etc.

3. Working experience on the SAP Projects and SAP HR Payroll experienced.
