Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing communication between the family and international schools for children, ensuring accurate and timely information flow.
• Coordinate and organize the children’s extracurricular activities and tutoring sessions, ensuring all academic and activity schedules are well-arranged.
• Oversee and coordinate the household staff, including tutors, drivers, and other domestic workers, to ensure smooth daily operations within the household.
• Handle the daily personal matters for the employer and family, including travel arrangements, flight and hotel bookings, and meal reservations.
• Ensure all details for travel and daily arrangements are organized, with relevant documentation and information prepared in advance.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and communication skills, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks flexibly.
• High sense of responsibility and efficiency, capable of handling a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in coordinating with international schools and liaising with staff.

Duties:

Record inventory data manually or on a computer or handheld electronic device. Receive,count, and verify incoming orders. Do loading & unloading of orders.

Label stock items with labeling equipment such as identification tags or stamps. check the stock on shelves and organization of products throughout store. Creating and maintaining a records management system.

Performing data entry tasks, Updating existing records, Maintaining company archives, Retrieving information from the filing system when requested.
