Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and responsible Family and Office Driver to provide safe and efficient transportation for the family and assist with office-related transportation needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent driving skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and a professional demeanor. This role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain the vehicle in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities:

Transportation for Family:

• Safely drive family members to and from various locations, including but not limited to appointments, events, and personal errands.
• Ensure punctuality and reliability in all transportation arrangements.
• Assist with loading and unloading personal items or luggage, when necessary.
• Maintain confidentiality and a professional level of discretion when transporting family members.

Office Transportation:

• Drive to and from the office, meetings, events, or other business-related locations.
• Ensure that all transportation needs for the office are met promptly and professionally.

Vehicle Maintenance:

• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, inside and out, at all times.
• Ensure the vehicle is serviced regularly and well-maintained, including monitoring fuel levels, tire pressure, and oil levels.
• Report any mechanical issues or repairs needed promptly.

Route Planning:

• Plan the most efficient and safe routes based on traffic conditions, weather, and scheduled appointments.
• Ensure timely arrival at all destinations, factoring in necessary preparation time.

Administrative Support:

• Assist with errands such as picking up office supplies or delivering packages.
• Support in other duties as required, including running occasional personal errands or administrative tasks related to the office.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional driving experience, with experience in both family and office-related transportation.
• Familiarity with local traffic regulations, routes, and area.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to family and office scheduling needs.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with maintaining and servicing vehicles.
• Ability to assist with light office or personal errands as needed.
• Knowledge of English or local language(s) preferred.

Working Hours:

• 5 days a week (Monday to Friday) with flexible working hours depending on the family and office needs.
• Occasional weekend availability may be required for special events or emergencies.

• Perform pickups and collection for the company covering specific areas

• Working alongside the control centre and crane operators
• Ensuring that the container number tallies with the PMPC

Requirements:

• PSLE English Pass is required as all instructions are given in English language
• Physically fit to be able to endure the long hours of work
• Able to commit to a 12-hour shift-based roster

Joining Bonus

If you have a driving license, you will receive a Joining Bonus of $7500

If you do not have a driving license, you will receive a Joining Bonus of $4500

Performance Bonus

Up to $1,800 per year based on performance
