Job Description & Requirements

1. A valid Class 3 / 4 licence, familiar driving a 14 foot lorry and 20 foot lorry with at least 3 years of driving experience.

2. A clean driving record and familiarity with Singapore Map.

3. Daily picking up of foreign workers from dormitory to working site. End of the day, send them back to their dormitory.

4. Day and night shift. Required to work on Sunday and Public Holidays.

5. Running errands or delivering materials.

6. Collection of payments.

7. Maintaining the vehicle safe and clean.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Class 4 driving licence.
2. Ability to work well with a team. hardworking, good attitute and committed to work.
3. Organized, independent and initiative and processed good navigation skill.
4. Experienace in construction field preferred.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Shuttering of material withiin project zone.
2. No carrying of material required.
3. Transporting workers to & fro dormitory and within site.
4. Able to communicate in English.

• WORKING HOURS:

1. 6 days work week
2. Monday – Saturday : Day shift (8am - 6pm) or Night Shift (8pm - 6am)
3. Overtimes fees applies after offical working hours.

· Loading and unloading of goods onto vehicle according to delivery order

· Perform pickups and collection for the company covering specific areas

· Ensuring safe receipt, retrieval and dispatching of goods

· Delivering goods to our customers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner

· Establishing and maintaining excellent customer service during delivery

· To perform duties as tasked

· Class 3/4 Driving Licence

· Must be able to work night shift and split shift

· Must be able to work extra hours or weekend if needed

Job Description:

• Support all enquiries from hirer and relief drivers
• Support initiatives to provide go-the-extra-mile service to our drivers
• Handle complaints and difficult drivers tactfully and apply service recovery when necessary
• Ensure driver’s information is updated in an accurate and timely manner upon notification
• Identify service gaps, propose and implement improvement projects to streamline work processes
• Support in the collation of operational and management reports and generation of statistics when required
• Ensure all documents and data are properly kept, filed and disposed of in accordance to PDPA acts
• Assist to carry out any other duties assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimally GCE 'O' Level
• At least 2 years working experience in any service-related industries, especially in frontline or customer-fronting roles
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Display professionalism when interacting with drivers while managing tasks at all times
• Team player by supporting any fellow colleagues who require assistance, and take instruction well from supervisors
• Multi-lingual preferred

Job Scope:

• Responsible for the delivery and collection of products and all items to and from outlets.

• Issuance of stock according to request by outlets.

• Receiving and packing of incoming stock.

• Ensure the storeroom is tidy, neat and clean at all times.

• Monitor stock level, maintain a First-In-First-Out System.

• Ensure the cleanliness of the Company’s vehicle.

• Support in maintenance and housekeeping matters.

• Assist in monthly stock take.

• Any other duties and projects as assigned by the Managers or Directors.

Requirements:

• Minimum Secondary Level.

• At least 1 year of relevant experience.

• Possess class 3 driving license .

• PC literate would be an advantage.

• Honest, hardworking and keen to learn.

• Good Team Player.

• Conversant in Basic English and Chinese as need to liaise with Mandarin speaking counterparts.
