Are you an organized, detail-oriented individual with a passion for providing top-tier support? ULTRA TECHNOLOGY is looking for a Personal Assistant to work closely with our Director and play a key role in ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

You’ll be the go-to person for a variety of administrative tasks, helping to manage the Director’s day-to-day needs while enjoying the benefits of a supportive and engaging workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison between the Director and both internal and external stakeholders
- Screen and direct phone calls and emails, managing correspondence efficiently
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the Director
- Take minutes and track action items during meetings
- Handle inquiries and requests with professionalism and discretion
- Organize and manage the Director’s calendar to optimize time and productivity
- Order office supplies and maintain office inventory
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive filing system for important documents
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Strong proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proactive attitude and a problem-solving mindset
