Position Overview:The Personal Assistant will provide comprehensive support to the Director and stakeholders by handling various administrative tasks, assisting with basic accounting duties, managing appointments, and overseeing social media accounts. • Drive the boss to appointments, meetings, and other engagements.
• Pick up the vehicle from the boss's premises or the company as required.
• Safely operate the vehicle and transport the employer to various locations.
• Adhere to all traffic rules and regulations.
• Maintain the employer's vehicle, including regular cleaning, fueling, and coordinating maintenance or repairs (washing the vehicle at the boss’s premises 2-3 times a week, and daily vacuuming of the interior).
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Class 3 driving license and good communication skills.
• Able to work overtime 2 weekdays a week and must be punctual.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a personal/company driver (mandatory).
• Regular cleaning of the vehicle, including washing the vehicle at the boss’s premises 2-3 times a week (depending on the schedule) and vacuuming the interior.
• Ensure the tissue box and drinks in the car are replenished.
• OT forms must be submitted daily for sign-off, not just at the end of the month.
• Required to maintain a logbook documenting the distance traveled daily, fuel refills, etc.
