Responsibilities:

• Provide chauffeuring services to family members
• Able to commit fully to Chairman timing
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays (Whenever Chairman or family members needed)
• Conduct basic maintenance check on vehicle and ensure that the vehicle is well maintained
• Regular housekeeping on vehicle to ensure cleanliness
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Possess valid class 3 driving licence with clean driving records
• At least 3 to 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required
• Responsible, punctual and reliable
• Must be willing to travel to east side in the morning to collect the vehicle (Toyota Alphard).
• Familiar with Singapore roads and landmarks
• Able to communicate in Mandarin

· Design and develop comprehensive training programs for domestic helpers, addressing key areas such as health and safety, caregiving, nutrition, hygiene, communication, and work ethics.

· Create training materials, manuals, videos, and online resources that support learning and can be referenced by domestic helpers during their employment.

· Provide training on effective communication skills, helping domestic helpers interact professionally and respectfully with employers and family members.

· Address conflict resolution strategies, teaching domestic helpers how to resolve misunderstandings with employers or other household members respectfully.

· Guide helpers on setting boundaries, managing workloads, and understanding their rights and responsibilities as domestic workers.

· Foster a supportive environment by being available to answer questions, provide advice, and troubleshoot issues domestic helpers may face during their employment.

· Regularly review and update training materials to reflect new trends, best practices, and regulations within the domestic helper industry.

· Incorporate feedback from domestic helpers, employers, and colleagues into training programs for continuous improvement.

a. Wednesday 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM

b. Thursday 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM

c. Friday 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM

2. Job Requirements

a. The trainer must be well versed with all housekeeping operations, cooking, baby care, elderly and rules.

b. Able assign and direct activities

c. Able to set up internal communications.

d. Able to ensure there is teamwork and productivity.

e. Able to work well under pressure in a busy environment.

f. Familiar with usage of laptop and mobile phones
