The Trainer is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills across all outlets, processing facilities, and the central kitchen. This role plays a key part in ensuring high service standards, compliance with food safety regulations, and alignment with company policies.

Responsibilities:

1. Training Program Executive

• Deliver comprehensive training programs for employees, focusing on service standards and job-specific skills
• Conduct training sessions on Food Safety Hygiene Level 1 and other modules as per the established curriculum and learning objectives.

2. Training Material Development

• Create, update and maintain training materials, manuals and visual aids
• Develop SCORM-compliant digital learning content and conduct courseware testing in the Learning Management System (LMS)

3. Collaboration and Performance Enhancement

• Work closely with Operations and HR Manager to identify performance gaps and develop targeted action plans for improvement
• Facilitate interactive learning experiences and practical demonstrations to ensure participants’ understanding and skill application.

4. Assessment and Evaluation

• Evaluate participant learning through evaluations and practical assessments
• Monitor and measure service quality through audits and feedback mechanisms

5. Administrative Support

• Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant attendance and assessment results
• Prepare, compile and analyze training-related reports
• Perform additional duties as assigned by HR Manager

Requirements:

• ACLP (Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance) or ACTA (Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment) certification
• Certified in Food Safety Hygiene Level 1 and Level 3
• Proficiency in spoken Chinese to effectively communicate with non-English speaking employees
• Experience delivering training sessions, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills to engage diverse audiences
• Organizational skills to manage training schedules and materials effectively

Job Responsibilities

• Perform driving duties for Top Management.
• Perform dispatch duties for office colleagues as and when required.

Secretarial Responsibilities

• Access and schedule calendar and manage appointment (meeting, lunch & dinner)
• Assist outstation matter including seeking Management approval, informing relevant parties, booking of air ticket, booking of accommodation, land transportation, VISA application include rules and regulation.
• Prepare and submit expense claim
