Job Requirements

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Early Childhood Education
• ACEY or HCIC certified
• ACLP/ACTA Certified
• Relevant working experiences with infants/toddlers
• At least 3 years of teaching experience in the Early Childhood field

Scope of Works:

1. Plan and conduct ICT related training for staff and students.

The ICT Executive cum Trainer will plan, design and conduct ICT baseline standards training for students from P1 to P6. He/she will also assist in the assessment of the students’ attainment of ICT skills. The ICT Executive cum Trainer will also conduct relevant ICT training for staff.

2. Execute in-house ICT related design and editing work

The ICT Executive cum Trainer will conceptualise, design, layout and execute school-assigned design projects emulating current trends whilst maintaining creativity. School-assigned design and editing projects include:

• Conceptualisation and consultation on school corporate image
• Marketing and/or publicity materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, bookmarks, postcards, banners
• School collaterals such as pupil diary, calendars and camp-shirts
• In-house publication such as school magazine.
• Photo and video editing.
• Wall murals

3. Provide ICT & AVA support for school events and programmes.

The ICT Executive cum Trainer will support the school’s ICT department in handling day to day ICT management. He/she will also provide AVA support, inclusive of sound mixing, photography and video, for school events and corporate matters.

4. Assist in management and maintenance of ICT & AVA equipment and resources. The ICT Executive cum Trainer will assist the HOD/ICT with managing the school’s ICT & AVA resources such as the replacement and condemnation of ICT & AVA equipment and the managing of loaning of ICT & AVA equipment.

5. Assist in administration of school-based ICT related systems.

The ICT Executive cum Trainer will assist the HOD/ICT in the administration of school-based ICT systems such as the digital signage, timetabling software, OAS scanning system & Parent-Teacher Meeting booking system.

6. Other tasks

• Other tasks for the ICT Executive cum Trainer may include proactively scanning the market for technology trends and new technology tools that support teaching and learning and, educate and update school staff.



Job Description

ICT Support

• Assist HOD ICT with daily ICT services, project implementation, and vendor/contract management.
• Ensure adherence to MOE policies and standards for ICT.
• Manage and update the school website (IsomerCMS/WordPress/Swiiit).
• Support in evaluating and procuring AV/ICT devices and applications, including requesting quotations.
• Assist with ICT Asset Management and equipment loan coordination.
• Provide technical support for teachers (e.g., troubleshooting PCs, printers, LAN).
• Prepare necessary ICT documentation, including ITQ specifications and guidelines.

ICT Training

• Conduct JIT ICT training/workshops for staff and students based on school needs.
• Create training materials and multimedia content for ICT lessons.
• Infuse Digital Literacy into the Teaching & Learning Curriculum for students.
• Liaise with vendors for ICT equipment and services and scan new technologies that support teaching.
• Organize ICT Training/Awareness sessions for staff on ICT implementations.

Other Duties

• Capture photos and videos during important school activities/functions, preferably using a Full-frame DSLR camera.
• Coordinate daily AVA setup for school events.
• Film and create videos for school events.
• Live-stream major school events.
• Perform any other duties assigned by P/VP/HOD ICT.

Job Requirement

• At least 1 year of experience as an ICT Executive in a primary school environment, with expertise in ICT project implementation, web management (WordPress or equivalent CMS), and AV sound system operation.
• Experience in training development and conducting ICT/lesson training for students and staff, including briefings on ICT or AVA-related matters.
• Proficient in ICT asset inventory, managing administrative tasks, and able to physically move and set up IT equipment for school events.
• Proficient in video editing software (iOS/Mac), and capable of live streaming school events.
• Strong technical knowledge, with good planning, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, able to work independently and as a team player.
