Key Responsibilities:

· Analyse, develop, enhance, debug, support, maintain, test applications

· To develop projects/Change Requests related changes and to ensure deliverables are in good quality

· To participate in user requirements gathering and able to provide impact analysis and efforts estimation

· To develop functionalities to cater for business requirements using MS SQL server, Power BI and OneSumX product

· To design and build the Control-M jobs for batch processing

Key Requirements:

Education:

· Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science or related field.

· At least 6 years’ relevant experience preferably in a Finance Institution.

Essential:

· You must be the experienced developer, with good experience in system integration/interfacing.

· You will typically be assigned to work on specific projects and is expected to support the Application Delivery.

· Manager (ADM) in all relevant technical matters, end-to-end, within the project.

· Depending on the project, your duties may include coding, scripting, building new systems (where necessary) and interfaces. For new system build-up, you may need to environment support during SIT/UAT.

· You are expected to ensure your work are adequately documented and transferred to the production team post-cutover.

· You will be expected to work with the senior developers and system architect in formulating technical solutions that is fit for purpose for your assigned projects. The solution will need to satisfy all security, regulatory and architectural standards.

· Working experience in MS SQL server & Business Intelligence development (and experience with WKFS RiskPro product is a plus).

· Working with RDBMS (Oracle, PL/SQL), WebSphere Application Server (WebSphere, Tomcat) and Jenkins/Sonar, Control-M, UNIX/Linux Commands.

· Proficient with Batch & Power Shell scripting

· Good understanding in Data Warehouse and Data Mart concept

· Experience in Performance tuning of queries

Job Description:

This developer will assist to build and maintain end-to-end data platform solution to address business requirements.

This role will require usage of various tools such as

Microsoft SQL Server data tools,

.NET Core, Powershell,

Structured Query Language (SQL) for development, automation and maintenance of different solutions in hospitality domain.

As part of this role, the engineer is also expected to design and development using .NET core along with data engineering related activities.

Scope of Work: -

Build and maintain reliable, efficient and consumable data solutions and ETL processes by supporting all phases of the software

development life cycle, including gathering requirements, design, development, testing,

deployment, integration, documentation, and post-deployment maintenance.

- Design and implement efficient data pipelines for seamless data integration

- Ensure data quality through validation, cleansing, and error handling techniques.

- Monitor data infrastructure for performance issues and optimize as necessary

- Design, develop, and maintain software applications using .NET Core

- Write clean, maintainable code using .NET programming languages

Key Qualifications/Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

- 3-4 years of hands-on experience in database solution development

- Proven hands-on experience in development using .NET core

- High proficiency in SQL, data modeling and problem solving skills

- Hands-on experience in building and maintaining an end to end database solution from data ingestion, data transformation, data processing to deployment for both real time and batch data is required

- Good knowledge of version control system ex: git
