Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product and design team to create UI components to deliver compelling user-facing widgets in a fast paced environment
• Work closely with the design team to ensure consistency and adherence to design and standards
• Collaborate with product and solution engineering team to develop interactive and visually appealing widgets
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility for widgets, optimizing for performance and responsiveness
• Implement data integration and API connections for dynamic widget
• Test and debug widgets, addressing any issues or bugs

• Experience in developing web applications in React frontend frameworks
• Experience in debugging problems in browsers devtools e.g Chrome DevTools
• Fundamental knowledge in front end languages such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Related experience in Sass/CSS styling and in writing type-safe code with Typescript
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting attitude
• Exhibits proactive interpersonal and communication skills
• Exhibits strong sense of responsibility and demonstrates good teamwork
• Portfolio of previous widget development projects is a plus

Awesome to Have

• Experience in creating and managing Storybook stories for UI components
• Experience with Component-driven development, UI/UX design
• Understanding of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design principles

• Understanding the requirements from the Functional Team.
• Understanding the Technical Design from the Technical Lead.
• Estimating the development efforts.
• Working on Agile/ Water-Scrum-Fall based development model.
• Developing the functional requirements as per the Design and coding standards. The code should be free of any SonarQube based findings.
• Conduct Peer-Code Reviews for early detection of defects and code quality.
• Support the testing phase (System Testing, SIT, UAT, Non-Regression Testing) and ensure quick turnaround of defect fixes.

• Any Computer Science based graduation.
• 5+ years in software development.
• Hands-on development experience in web-based application development using Angular (using Bootstrap) and Java.
• Experience with creation of reusable Angular reusable components.
• Experience in implementing different and various Angular modules  like Grid (UI-Grid or AG-Grid), routing modules.
• Good understanding of AJAX, JSON objects and JavaScript DOM manipulation Techniques.
• Experience in Banking Domain
