• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Excellent troubleshooting and debugging abilities for 2 tier and multi-tier applications.
• Should have worked as first line application support for trading systems and back office with experience in analysing of issues raised by end users and general system checks and maintenance tasks.
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
• Experience in documenting the design and development work in confluence.
• Expertise in Python (OOPs Concepts, flask/Django frame works, multi-trading, web sockets, and analytics tools such as pandas, NumPy etc).
• Highly Experienced in Database designing of SQL and PL-SQL with expertise in at least one RDBMS, preferably Maria DB and MS- SQL.
• Highly Experienced in writing batch scripts using shell scripting.
• Experience in Linux, OpenShift, Avro based kafka, Dockers, Nginx, Sentinel Redis, AngularJS basics, Rest API’s (Flask), JSON and web sockets amongst others.
• Experience in CI-CD (Continuous Integration Continuous Delivery) pipeline with experience in Bitbucket.

Key Role Responsibilities:

• Use the business process requirements to drive the detailed design and implementation of application and technical architecture components.
• Configure, build, and test the application or technical architecture components.
• Work with other developers, designers, and architects to make sure that the configuration and custom components meet application requirements and performance goals.
• Plan and execute all required process steps as defined in our methodologies.
• Anticipate, identify, track, and resolve issues and risks affecting the delivery.
• Participate in transitions of the application or technical architecture components to the Quality Engineers.
• Fix any defects and performance problems discovered in testing.
• Participate in quality management reviews, ensuring the application design and related work products satisfy the requirements.
• Participate in Process Execution and Improvement.
• Coordinate and participate in structured peer reviews/walkthroughs.
• Create technical and functional/end-user operational documentation for the software or system.
• Provide application/technical support as needed.

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent discipline
• Minimum 3-4 years of relevant IT experience and technically competent in JavaScript, , React.js, Java, Postgres SQL Server
• Strong experience in integration of REST Services and 3rd party APIs.
• Experience in React.js, Java.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think out of the box.
• Cloud platform AZURE
• DevOps Tools (Azure DevOps, Gitlab)
