  Main Responsibilities:
• Advice on complex MS Dynamics CRM business cases and propose comprehensive solutions.
• Conduct solution testing and assist with user acceptance testing.
• Conduct user and administrator training.
• Demonstrate MS CRM solution capabilities to clients.
