• To provide physiotherapy/occupational therapy assessment and treatment to the patients, to regain their optimum functional status/abilities, through evidence based clinical modalities.
• To make sure that the day rehabilitation centre is being run as efficient and smooth as much as possible.
• To support the tcm team where needed.
• To provide BEST care and improve the systems for the department to run effectively
• To look into developing new programs and/or review programs as and when needed.

Job Description

Qualification: AHPC Full Registered Physiotherapist

Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, implement and evaluate physiotherapy and related services delivery to residents

Maintain accurate documentation of therapy service as required by the Company’s quality procedures and guidelines

Participate and conduct orientation and in-service education, training program and supervise junior staff under his / her charge as required

Participate in any all activities related to the smooth running of department

Requirements

Qualified and registered with AHPC (Full / Restricted registration)

At least 1- 2 years of clinical experience in the relevant scope of practice

High motivation, ability to work in a team and a fast paced environment

Excellent communication and good interpersonal skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Place : 250 bedded Nursing home , East Singapore.

Work schedule: Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types: Performance bonus Yearly bonus

License/Certification: AHPC full registration (Required)

• Assist physiotherapists during rehabilitation and daily programme of the rehab centre
• Handle general enquiries and manage patients’ appointment schedule
• Maintain cleanliness of centre including cleaning of floor, pantry, treatment plinths and exercise equipment on a daily basis
• When needed, provide porter service to patients and elderly to-and-fro rehab centre and drop-off porch/carpark/bus-stop
• When needed, perform administrative tasks such as issuing invoices, printing documents

Requirements

• Relevant healthcare or related professional certificate
• Candidates with clinic/rehab assistant or admin experience will be added advantage
