JOB SUMMARY

Work closely with the Club Manager to ensure daily operations in Club Lounge are run smoothly. Ensure all the areas in Club Lounge are covered by sufficient manpower at all times. Assist to oversee and train all Club Lounge associates to ensure consistency of service rendered to all guests'.

We are looking for Contract Customer Service and Order Processing Agent to work in reputable Chemical MNC!

Job Description

· Process customer orders/enquiries daily by Email, fax, or phone call.

· Coordinate and correspond to customer/sales on the sales order status.

· Coordinate with internal department to ensure smooth deliveries and resolve arising issues in a timely manner.

· Handle export shipments for intercompany and direct overseas customers.

· Prepare the shipping document for local and export shipment.

· Support in investigations of internal / external complains to identify root cause and provide solutions.

· Ensure hazardous substance license from local customers are valid

· Ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

· At least a Diploma in any discipline with 3 years of relevant experience.

· Logistics knowledge and understanding import/export preferred.

· Proficient in SAP

· Handling chemicals documentations and deliveries.

· Able to work in a fast pace environment.

· High level of problem-solving skills; Organized, Quality / Meticulous.

· Team player with strong interpersonal and multi-tasking skills that can complete tasks with proper time management.

Customer Service Agent

Location: Tuas (with Island Wide pickup)

Duration: 1 year contract

Salary range: $3500-4000 + 1m completion bonus

Working hours: Mon-Fri 8.15-5.00pm

Job scope:

• Process customer orders/enquiries daily by email, fax, or phone call.
• Close follow up with business units on fixed / ad-hoc billing; generating monthly report and posting of invoices.
• Coordinate and correspond to customer/sales on the sales order status.
• Coordinate with internal department to ensure smooth deliveries and resolve arising issues in a timely manner.
• Handle export shipments for intercompany and direct overseas customers.
• Prepare the shipping document for Singapore and export shipment.
• Support in investigations of internal / external complains to identify root cause and provide solutions.
• Ensure hazardous substance license from customers are valid and adhere to the regulation set by NEA and SPF.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer enquiries and sales leads from phone, walk-ins, and queries from online website
• Assessment of suitable helpers to match with employers, and securing placement of the helpers
• Arranging interviews for helpers and employers
• Be the main point of contact for both employers and helpers and advise them as required
• Build and maintain good client relationships with both employers and helpers
• Handle all administrative work for placement of helpers, diligently following up on helper arrival and giving timely updates to employers
• Follow up with any after sales service and counselling to helpers and / or employers

Job Requirements

• Possesses CEI (Basic) or willing to take course
• Experience working in an employment agency is an advantage
• Ability to speak Bahasa Indonesian or Bahasa Melayu is an advantage
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Has a sense of ownership and responsibility to service the client end to end and own the client relationship
• Familiar with MOM regulations
• Computer literate
• Able to work in a team

About the Job

• 5 day work week (Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm)
